GGuest UserIt's very convenient to get to the beach, and dining at their restaurant with a sea view is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the service is very warm and welcoming, and parking is convenient. Overall, it's a good place, quite nice.

GGuest UserThis stay was truly excellent, excellent value for money! Here are my impressions:
1. Excellent Location: The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial street, making it incredibly convenient to reach various attractions and shopping areas, saving a lot of travel time.
2. Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick. They even explained the room facilities to us, which was very thoughtful.
3. Clean Room: The room was larger than I expected, clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was plentiful and reliable.
4. Comprehensive Facilities: The hotel's gym and laundry room were incredibly convenient for long-distance travelers like us. The Wi-Fi signal was also strong, allowing us to work and relax without any problems.
In short, it was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

LLShuaiGeTraveling around Hainan West Line, I passed Lingao to live in this hotel. It was very good, clean, convenient parking at the door, and elevators. In addition, the nearby roast suckling pig store is cheap and delicious. If you want to eat south, you can pay double the price.

GGuest UserI saw the good reviews online, and I went to the store to experience it, which was indeed true. The staff was warm and thoughtful, patiently answering questions when checking in, and responding quickly to any needs after checking in. The service attitude was so good that it was heartwarming. The sofa in the lobby lounge was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue disappeared instantly. And the most surprising thing for me was the projection bed room! The 100-inch giant screen with high-definition picture quality makes it feel like being in a private theater when playing movies. Lying on the super comfortable big bed, the smart voice control Xiaodu turns off the lights to enjoy immersive viewing~
In terms of hygiene, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and even the trash cans are neatly organized.
The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it takes a few minutes to walk to convenience stores and some local specialty restaurants and snacks, which is very cost-effective. Highly recommended to friends who like to watch movies at home, I will stay again next time!

Parking right in front of door.
Lift to 4th floor.
Hosts very friendly and helpful.
Spacious room.
Beautiful view right on sea.

Fridge with 2 gold drinks.
Cons:
Water very slow. Hot water indicator wrong way.
Bath was wrongly fitted - sitting part at tap and window, cannot get in between bath and window.
Door to toilet says ”push”, it should be ”pull”.
Toilet automatic, heated seat. Closing before you can sit, started flushing while still sitting.
Toilet paper only for one time's use!
Room very unpractical!
No doormat when going out to balcony.
Had to ask for a clean bathmat as the shower one used to clean the floor.
Folding door with 4 clips. Only opening at bed. Curtains blowing out, nothing to hold them. No wondow to open small in bad cold weather, thus no fresh air...
No mugs/cups, only glasses. Had to ask for one.
Plugs at bed cannot hold charger with 2 pin plug, falling out. Cannot charge fully even with my 3 pin plug. Plug left of kettle also cannot charge.
Bed not really comfortable!
Duvet heavy & stiff.
No extra blanket for cold.
The hotel can use spiritus to take off the sticky stuff of stickers of manufactures of bath, as well as the dirty sticky stuff on the hand soap bottle.
You have such a beautiful place and spent a fortune here, but unfortunately some things are not practical.
