Hotels with Parking in Lincang

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the price was very good to live in the new hotel, and the room was very spacious. When I first arrived in the afternoon, I thought there were very few people staying, but the parking lot was full when I left in the morning. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small. If you park in it, you may be blocked by other cars in the morning, and you have to wait for the car to be moved. It will be a bit noisy without closing the window at night, but the window sound insulation is very good. There is a halal restaurant below the hotel that is delicious.

I stayed in 'studio' room 8409 - a perfectly decent hotel room , spotless clean, spacious and comfortable. The only drawback for me is that it is around thirty minutes' walk from the bus station in the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the 'help yourself to fruit bowl ' was a nice touch. Yunxian town is pleasant. Located at the junction two rivers, it has a 'Health park ' and extensive walkways along both sides of the rivers. Surrounded by lofty peaks, it and its environs are great places to while away a few days, and work on your Mandarin speaking and Chinese reading.

The hotel is located in a new construction area, relatively quiet, with a large underground parking lot. The room is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is clean, but it is a bit thick. The projection screen in the room is indeed big enough. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided drinks, small cakes and eye masks. The lobby downstairs is equipped with coffee, candy and other snacks, and provides breakfast and lunch buffets. The control buttons on the washbasin mirror were too bright at night. I woke up in the middle of the night and tried to figure out how to turn them off, but I couldn't. I don't know if I'm stupid or if it's just like that.

The location is OK, just beside the national highway, the room is well soundproofed, not noisy. The overall decoration of the hotel is modern, there are free fruit drinks at the front desk, and you can choose the breakfast for the next day when you check in, which is quite rich. The room facilities are complete, and you can still see that the boss is very attentive, from shampoo to trash can, full of details, Kohler bathroom, Dyson hair dryer, King Koil mattress, it is so comfortable to sleep. By the way, the two-yuan roasted food downstairs is so delicious!

It is too wise to choose this one for business trips, and the five-star service is worthy of the name. The location is excellent and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the public areas are cleaned regularly every day. The rooms are spacious, the office facilities are complete, the network speed is stable, and the sanitary corners are cleaned up. The front desk is fast, the customer service is on call, and the service is decent and not disturbed. The breakfast is varied and takes into account Chinese and Western tastes. The sound insulation effect is very good, does not affect the rest, the overall experience is comfortable and worry-free, the first choice for business travel, highly recommended to everyone!

Ten minutes' walk to the northwest is a pleasant park. I was struck by the park's fragrance and elevated views. As for my room facing east on the fifth floor, it was fine, except for the building across the road. Not only did it fracture the view of the mountains, but it flooded the room at night with yellow light, such that I had to have the curtains drawn (I normally leave them open, as I like to be awaken by the dawning light). Problem with this was they could not be pulled, but had to be closed by electricity. I had to say ”小度小度！请你把窗帘关起来。” to make this happen.

Room 501 on the fifth floor got the morning sun, but unlike its alleged twin on the third floor, was uncarpeted. However third floor rooms on the hotel's eastern side would not get so much morning sun due to buildings casting shadow. Breakfast was poor - no fruit, and only three boiled eggs left when I arrived with twenty minutes to spare. Quite a good place, but I only stayed there as the room I wanted at the hotel I'd stayed in before in Yunxian was unavailable.

We arrived in Wengding in the afternoon and booked a guesthouse for the night because we wanted to see the morning performance. The guesthouse was located in a local village, very close to the scenic area, and parking was convenient. The owner was a local Wa person, a very warm and welcoming older brother. We ate dinner and breakfast with his family, which felt like being part of local life. This time I was driving alone and met several kind uncles and aunts. Next time I'll bring friends along! 😄

The only night I stayed through Ctrip on this Yunnan trip turned out to be surprisingly bad. First, the price was significantly higher than what I found on other platforms that day. Second, even with low occupancy, a five-star hotel should at least provide basic service, right? Aside from the two girls at the front desk and the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were somewhat polite, there wasn't a single person in the concierge department. Finally, the restaurant didn't even serve dinner [laughing through tears]. As a long-time user, I'm increasingly disappointed with Ctrip. These days, can't you survive without any platform? 👎 Also, the intense recommendations on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) need to be analyzed rationally; in smaller towns, staying in a central location is definitely the better option.

This is a fabulous hotel. It is very grand and of another earlier era in decor. The room was huge huge with lovely glossy timber finished wardrobes and trimmings, The water was hot and had good pressure. The hotel reception were friendly and super helpful. They use an offsite local buffet restaurant for their customers which was just around the corner a bit and the food was basic but good. My Chinese wife liked the food. Our booking included breakfast but they actually gave us a second set of vouchers per day for either lunch or dinner. Note the restaurant is not open for dinner Sunday. Plenty of parking here also and 3 wheel motorbike taxis just outside on the road to get you to where you are going. Thanks for a lovely stay :)
