GGuest UserThe first room we were given was a bit dirty and smelled, so we asked the staff to change it. After that, everything was fine. The service at all-season hotels is excellent; they brought us water and fruit. The room was also quite spacious. The only downside is that these chain hotels might be a bit old, and smart technology isn't very widespread yet, but it's still pretty good. The location is super convenient. Recommended. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so here are a few shots of the scenery along the way.

The service staff can patiently explain to the guests and make publicity. This is a good hotel that I have not seen in so many years. I suggest you stay at ease and satisfaction.

GGuest UserSelf-driving tour in Xinjiang, taking the Yili Loop, the first stop is Kuitun. Search the hotel on Ctrip, the newly opened Starway is not far from the highway! The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. It is very important to have a good sleep when you are away from home. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, the variety is quite rich. The bowl of noodles at Starway must be praised. It warms the stomach and is light in the morning. Recommended! Such an affordable price, the best choice, looking forward to staying next time!

The biggest surprise was the free parking; there were plenty of spaces and staff to guide you, saving you the hassle of searching and parking fees. It was also incredibly convenient for loading and unloading luggage – perfect for travelers with cars. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was completely odorless, the bedding was spotless and soft against the skin, even the pillowcases were free of stains. The bathroom tiles were spotless, the vanity was dry, and even the hairdryer and towel rack were immaculate. The housekeeping staff thoughtfully tidied up the room daily, showing attention to detail.
The environment was peaceful yet convenient. The hotel lobby was simply and elegantly decorated, with a subtle aromatherapy scent that instantly relaxed me. The room had a great view, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The largest local ecological park was just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for someone who goes for a night run.
The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were all smiles and helpful throughout, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. They helped me with my luggage upon check-in and were quick to respond to any needs, making me truly feel the warmth of home. The facilities were comprehensive; the room had a high-definition LCD TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a stable and smooth network signal. The air conditioning worked very well, both cooling and heating, and the hot water supply was plentiful and the temperature was consistent, making showering a particularly comfortable experience. There was also a self-service laundry room, which was incredibly useful for multi-day trips.
This was an exceptionally good value stay, exceeding my expectations in every aspect. I would definitely choose this place again next time; highly recommended!

The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

XXiehouWhen I went to Kuitun, maybe it was the off-season in winter, so hotel rates were not high. I changed hotels every day. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

The TV in the room is very large, the equipment is smart, and the room also has voice control! The best thing is this zero-pressure mattress, which is really comfortable to sleep on, allowing us to have a good sleep when we are on a business trip. The whole accommodation experience feels great. The location is also very convenient, just down the road from the highway exit, it is easy to find, there are many restaurants downstairs, basically everything you want to eat is available! HHSUjhThe room is clean and quiet, and you can experience the living atmosphere of the past military regiments. However, the soundproofing is very poor. A pair of young people next door checked in very late. They were talking and laughing loudly. The TV was also very loud, and it was right next to my bed. Plus, the noise of pets! Oh my god! I didn’t even need to sleep the next day and had to continue my trip until around 4 a.m. The next day, a big brother who was traveling with me gave me the opportunity to educate and give the store a lot of advice. The person in charge of the store also felt sorry for the hard work.
The century-old vineyard in the backyard is great. Even though it’s not yet the grape ripening season, I’m still happy to see bunches of green grapes.
