The room facilities were new; the air conditioning, TV, and water heater all worked perfectly, and the internet speed was super fast, making watching videos and uploading photos a breeze. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the vanity mirror had lighting, making makeup application very convenient. The toiletries were custom-made by Atour, with a fresh and elegant fragrance that was very pleasant to use. What deserves the most praise is the service and attention to detail! The receptionist was very friendly and efficient during check-in. She also proactively recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes, and her recommendation of the crab roe soup dumplings was amazing, completely avoiding the overrated tourist traps. The hotel breakfast was very plentiful, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, especially the freshly ground coffee and handmade pastries, which were delicious. I spent some time in the hotel's ”Bamboo Residence” book bar in the afternoon, choosing a book I liked and ordering a complimentary cup of tea—it was quiet and pleasant. In the evening, I worked out at the gym; the equipment was complete, the environment was clean, and a hot shower afterward was so relaxing. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a customized tea gift, a thoughtful touch. This short trip was made even more perfect by staying at Atour Hotel. The price-performance ratio was excellent, the service was warm, and the quality was guaranteed. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jingjiang. I hope Atour can continue to maintain this level of quality and dedication!

The check-in speed at the front desk is super fast, and the surrounding play guides and breakfast time are also intimately reminded. The room is warm and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and a good night's sleep! The bathroom area is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is also very high. The breakfast is super rich, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, the fried eggs and hot soup are warm and delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the subway station and attractions, and it is particularly convenient to travel. I had a beautiful and HUGE room for what I paid--I felt like a French nobleman. The breakfast buffet was great--very good variety of food selections and tasty. They also had coffee, which can be rare to find in a hotel in China. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also next to a park I like a lot--Mucheng. I just wish there was a direct bus from my district of Taizhou to the hotel's district because the didi ride is a bit expensive with the toll roads + distance. Other than that, I would love to come back--great value for the price. The hotel felt like this hidden gem I discovered.

If the guests go out before cleaning time, there is no need to clean it. But if you choose to enter the room to change towels and put new slippers under the bedside table, why ignore the garbage next to the bedside table? And why were there no tissues on the bedside table for two nights? The bedding replacement sign placed on the bed was in vain. It is gratifying that your hotel offers a free room upgrade. Although I don’t know what your hotel’s cleaning requirements are, I hope your hotel will pay more attention to the guest experience.
