We took our child there, walked around once, and ended up going back to the room to sleep and watch TV. The hotel staff seemed understaffed and, for a resort hotel, lacked enthusiasm and interaction. Finally, regarding the hot spring center: the outdoor pool was dirty, the hot spring pools were cold, and the wave pool had tiny waves. If it weren't for the complimentary tickets with our stay, it wouldn't have been worth visiting at all.
