GGuest UserFound the place very quickly, thanks to the host's detailed instructions. They were super responsive and helpful. Overall, everything was great. Everything mentioned in the description was accurate. We really liked it! 👍 Sometimes we wished for a microwave or a stove, though. 🙈
The location is excellent. Not far from the seafood street, a shopping street, and Vostok Park. There are snack shops, quite a few cafes, and restaurants right near the apartment. You definitely won't go hungry! 👌

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with each person receiving a fully stocked toiletry bag. The room was well-designed and fully equipped for a family of three. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. The laundry room and gym on the second floor made laundry very convenient. The hotel was easily found on the roadside, close to attractions, and convenient for travel. The hotel was very quiet, and the rooms were well-insulated. The most commendable thing was the service. Both the front desk and the cleaning staff were welcoming and helpful, promptly answering any questions. They also provided complimentary bottles of mineral water upon leaving. We truly felt the warmth of the Northeastern people. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Hunchun next time.

GGuest UserThe decoration looks quite new, but it's a bit rough. The shower room leaks a little. The breakfast is relatively simple. The waiters are very nice and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is no charge for parking anywhere in Hunchun except at the high-speed rail station. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, which is quite harmonious. When going to Fangchuan, it is necessary to first visit the Zhanggufeng Incident Memorial Hall, which is helpful for visiting Fangchuan Scenic Area. At a glance, you can see the train from Russia to North Korea. Of course, if you have time, it would be a good idea to take a look at the various lifestyles of North Koreans.

I rarely comment this time I must give a thumbs up to this hotel, the hotel environment is good, the location is superior, the room is super large, the bed is comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, the service is meticulous and attentive, it is an ideal place for business trips and travel. The room is well soundproofed, the souvenirs, welcome fruits, drinks, and breakfast are all rich, super like, warm service. The children especially like Aunt Li Na in the lobby. The children saw her work card and remembered her name and gave a thumbs up. The hotel is especially suitable for taking photos of North Korean princesses. I like the style very much. We also made an appointment with MiG Photography next to the hotel to take photos. We did the makeup and took photos directly in the hotel at 6:30 in the morning, which saved a lot of time. Because it is very close to the hotel, I sprayed hairspray on my hair and washed it directly in the hotel. It was very convenient.

The shower room had a good drainage design, no water accumulation, and with a large showerhead and warm water, the showering experience was very comfortable; 5. There's a lively morning market downstairs; 6. The hotel is located on one end of Yanhe West Street, with the seafood street and bustling commercial area just a few minutes' drive away, which is very convenient. 7. The lobby and floor staff were very friendly. Suggestion: 1. The room's scent diffuser had an ordinary smell, which I personally disliked. If the aroma doesn't meet expectations, it might be better not to use it.

GGuest UserThe worst stay ever:
1. The front desk service was extremely poor. During check-in, some guests were arguing and expressing dissatisfaction. At the time, I thought it was inappropriate for a tourist trip, but after checking in, I learned there was a reason. I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. When someone finally answered, they hung up before finishing their sentence (it was intentional). Subsequent calls went unanswered.
2. Staying in the scenic area was supposed to be convenient, but there was no parking at night. I had to drive a long way and then drag my luggage a long way. I strongly advise against staying in the scenic area if you're driving; staying in the city with better parking and taking a taxi is much more convenient.
3. The accommodation cost over 1300 RMB, but there was only one entrance that allowed facial recognition entry. After queuing for a long time, I couldn't get in and had to queue again for a different entrance (there were no signs indicating where to queue).
4. On the third-floor guest room balcony, a staff member kicked me out because a leader was coming. (There were no signs prohibiting entry).
5. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything—talking in the hallway, luggage clattering, and water running in the bathroom next door! In summary, the room rate is not cheap, and there are no advantages or conveniences after checking in. Don't stay there.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The ambiance was relaxing, and I appreciated the quiet environment which made it easy to unwind. The breakfast buffet had good variety, though a few items could have been fresher. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times, which was inconvenient for work.
