Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

Our stay at the Seaworld Seaview Room in Xunliao Bay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-equipped. It's just a few minutes' walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The value for money was incredible, and the service was warm and attentive. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

Our stay at the Ramada Huamei Hotel in Xunliao Bay was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any questions, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's water park is a lot of fun, with plenty of slides and water features, and the water quality was good. It's perfect for kids; ours had an absolute blast. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. Our dining experience was excellent. The overall facilities are comprehensive, providing a fantastic resort feel. I highly recommend it for families, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xunliao Bay!

STAFF APPRECIATION: The proprietor of this hotel clearly takes pride in it. Guests are treated with great respect and kindly requested to treat the staff and property with the same. Methods were given as a means to keep nature outside, such as not leaving doors or windows open or leaving food lying about. I truly appreciated that. I also appreciated the patience with which I was guided to the correct building and the small gift I received at check in. It was a bottle of ointment I first discovered in Thailand and have been looking for ever since. Perfect timing for the summer! I also received a complimentary room upgrade with a sea view that was incredible. ☺️ HOTEL REVIEW: Several others have remarked that the hotel and its rooms are dated. Frankly speaking, this seems true of the entire area. However, this did not at all detract from my experience. I have been to newer, flashier, more expensive hotels that impressed me far less. My room was immaculate. My sleep comfortable and pest free. My favorite part of it was the chair swing on the balcony overlooking the beach and vast sea, which were a very short walk away. Maybe three or four minutes. Shops and cafes are also conveniently located nearby. I will say that the fireworks were fun at first, but carried on quite late and they were, unfortunately, all over the beach the next morning. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider. Overall, my experience was better than expected; quite pleasant and a great value for the price. 👍👍

Overall, the stay was great, and the view from the window was fantastic! Just a heads-up, the corners of the bed frame are quite sharp; I accidentally bumped into one and scraped my leg. The only downside during Chinese New Year was people setting off fireworks on the beach late at night, disturbing everyone. It was quite inconsiderate!

I took two children to travel and booked a twin room with double breakfast. My sister's height of 125, the hotel restaurant has to make up half the price for children. This place in Huizhou is really strange. The hotel experience is particularly bad. Every restaurant has a waiter guarding you. Children who exceed 1.2 must charge half price. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter. They cannot move the dumplings. My sister is 125. I have been to so many cities in the country and stayed in so many hotels. Good affordable, star-rated homestays, only Huizhou has to keep you true. In the morning, I was in the room to make up. I was afraid that I would miss the breakfast time and let my father take the two children to eat first. After the transformation, I went to the restaurant. The child sat at the door and almost finished eating. When I went into the restaurant, there was a staff member at the door saying that your room dining rights were exhausted, or you have to make up 39.9. I was very puzzled but accepted. I said that I can't eat it. The staff said that I can. I sat down and played with my mobile phone. My daughter said that my mother could not finish it. You can help me eat it. I moved the dumpling. The staff immediately came over and said that it would not work, unless I made up half a vote. Where it falls short is the service, which feels lacking. The breakfast, in particular, was expensive for what was offered, especially for foreign travellers. The selection was limited, and the only thing we truly enjoyed were the noodles. The beach itself could be beautiful, but it desperately needs cleaning. It’s also heartbreaking to see so many surrounding businesses shut down – the area felt desolate and sad. On a positive note, Lima House on the ground floor was absolutely amazing.
