I asked, ”What kind of bottled water is that expensive?” Does the hotel not make its profit from bottled water? They later agreed to deliver one bottle, but it still hadn't arrived by 10 PM. I called the front desk again, and they said it had been delivered. I said, ”If it's delivered, why would I need to call?” The front desk then told me to contact the delivery department. Does the hotel really need its own staff to handle internal issues? This is the first time I've ever been so annoyed! Of course, I understand that hotels have their rules, but they can't be unrealistic. In summer, when people drink more water, there should be adjustments or measures in place (I don't know if the hotel has such a rule; if so, it might be for cost management convenience). However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more.
