I've stayed at other JHotel locations in different cities before and always had a good experience. The decor is simple and clean, making it perfect for business travelers. This time, I was in Lanzhou for a business trip and chose JHotel again. It was as quiet and comfortable as ever. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and there was no sewage backflow or odor issue mentioned in other reviews! The bed was also very comfortable! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

The only downside is that it is close to the airport (5 minutes drive), and the roar of the plane is loud. Although it has no effect on people like me who sleep dead, but Mr. can't. The overall service staff is warm and feels at home. The restaurant master is average, but the service attitude is good and the charges are reasonable; The car delivery master is also very enthusiastic and chats with you all the way.

The hotel is not far from the airport, it only takes 15 minutes to drive there. It is really good to be able to book a really cheap and high-quality room near the airport, and the cost performance is super high. The window of the large bed we booked is a bit small, and the front desk upgraded us to a standard room with floor-to-ceiling windows, thank you very much

酒店什麼都好，但是接駁車服務很差！我們六個人六個行李，車到了才知道裝不下，早早跟酒店確認！司機卻一直在強調六點還要接人，跟我們顧客着急什麼？如果真是我們耽誤了，司機就不該接我們，有的是人接！後座是有空間往前的，司機偷懶摸魚否認椅子不能往前挪，我們確認過了，這類型的接駁車後備箱空間可以通過調整座椅加大的，非要拿趕時間趕單子做藉口讓三個人擠兩個座位，六人座連四人的行李箱空間都沒有，很糟糕
