The hotel we stayed at this time truly embodied thoughtfulness in its service. It felt so good to have chosen the right place! At around 8 PM, the front desk proactively contacted us to ask about our estimated arrival time, making us feel valued from the start. I heard the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so no matter how late we arrive, someone will be there to meet us. Our room was already reserved, so we didn't have to worry at all. What impressed me most was the warmth of the details: knowing we had a lot of luggage, someone was there to help us carry it all the way, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Before we left, we casually mentioned concerns about running out of gas, and they immediately went out of their way to help. Although we arrived safely without any trouble, their proactive approach to sharing our concerns was truly heartwarming. We arrived a little late and thought there would be no food, but we were surprised to find that the hotel still had food. We were the only table there, but the staff were not impatient at all and provided warm service throughout the entire meal, making it a truly wonderful experience. After dinner, the front desk lady personally escorted us to our room, offering to help with our belongings and providing thoughtful guidance along the way. Even more surprising was that we originally booked two villas and one standard king-size room with a view, but the front desk specifically called to ask if they could upgrade the standard rooms to villas free of charge, allowing all of us to stay in the same villa. It was a truly amazing experience! This thoughtful and caring hotel is highly recommended and I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit!

Great style and ideal location. Hotel nicely designed throughout in ******* style. I had a spacious and comfortable room (see picture). Extended my stay twice. Not a run-of-the-mill standard hotel. Ideal location: easily reachable from the G317 bypassing ‘downtown’ traffic, yet only about 250m (just up the street) to the main street with shops and people strolling. (No other top-range hotel has such an ideal location, many of the better hotels are 1-2km from the center.) Large courtyard with ample parking. Very quiet at night, yet close to the nightly dance square and buzzling night area / main street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room is not very big, the windows are small, the ventilation is not very good, the exhaust fan and heater in the bathroom do not work; The front desk service is very good and they are very considerate of the customers. The proprietress is also very considerate of the customers. When she learned that I was far away from the hotel, she asked for ten minutes off from work and drove to pick me up. However, their two cleaners were not diligent and responsible. They were nagging when changing an electric blanket and were unwilling to work hard. When she saw that she had tilted the tea table, I asked her to straighten it again, but she was unwilling to do it. I asked her many times, but she turned around and left on the grounds that she could not understand Chinese. Such irresponsible behavior is really terrible!

Pros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available. Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

We have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

I saw the hot water problem in the comments before. When we checked in, we felt that the water was still quite hot. Although it was a little cooler in the end, it was basically enough. The heating is air conditioning. At the beginning, I feel that it is not warm enough to warm up later. Overall, it is quite comfortable to live, and the softness of the bed is still quite good. The overall sanitary environment is also good, although some corners will still fall, but overall it can be ignored. There is a parking lot on the back side of the downstairs. If you enter and exit, you need the front desk to help fight the iron gate. (There is a wooden phone in the lobby so cute hahaha)

Loved it so much I decided to stay longer! I had such a great time at Xuriling Riverside Hotel that I decided to extend my stay. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious, just like home! A special thanks to the amazing girls at the front desk, Cuochu, Qimai and the security guard Baden.

Their service is definitely full marks. I booked this one for oxygen supply. As a result, the oxygen supply machine in the room was broken. Thanks to the front desk lady for taking us an oxygen supply machine! The facilities are really not good. I don’t want to live anymore. I can feel the springs one by one when I lie on the mattress. I didn’t sleep well all night. I had to hurry the next morning. I said that I was taking a bath. The water flow in her house was very small. There will be no good thing, her family has a lot of local Tibetan food snacks, delicious and not expensive, just walk into a family without stepping on thunder!

You can't really complain. A good price with a view of the mountains. The receptionist was friendly, but practically lives behind the scenes, so everyone can do as they please. So everything would actually be great... unfortunately the walls are made of Chinese papier-mâché. In the middle of the night you can hear loud mating calls echoing through the walls and in the morning the alarm clocks echo into your room. All in all an interesting experience, I can only recommend it.
