WendyYewI booked two rooms at this hotel, one of which had a mountain view. I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a road right beside it, so you can hear vehicles passing by. There is also a construction site next to this side of the building, which is quite noisy. I was woken up before 7:00 AM because they had already started working.I chose the mountain view room expecting quietness and peace, but it was not quiet at all. That being said, the room itself was tip-top with absolutely no complaints.

Melanie DuchinMy husband was sick when we arrived. The staff were amazing: they brought him an extra blanket, water, fruit and a bottle of oxygen. They took very good care of us. All of the staff were excellent in every way, but I'd like to thank Xiang Qiuhui Meidou (向秋梅朵) in particular for her kindness and help. I would definitely stay here again, five stars all around.

The hotel is located right next to the bus station, which was very convenient to catch the early bus to Chengdu. The staff was really nice and patient with me. The breakfast was good, typical ******* but you have to come early otherwise the left options are limited. I can only recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Ganzi.

It was a fantastic place to stay. The room was very clean, the view on the mountains was beautiful and the staff was really helpful to answer all of our questions, from where to eat to how to travel around the region. Excellent reception attitude at the front desk (of Zima notably). I definitely recommend. Thanks !

Guest UserThe room floor had a problem, possibly due to long-term use of underfloor heating. Disappointingly, the view of the snow-capped mountains from the 3rd floor wasn't great. Breakfast was acceptable, the steamed buns were delicious. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but it's not far to the town center for food. It's also quite close to Genbuxia Old Street, where you can visit the former residence where Zhu De stayed during the Long March. There was ditch being dug in front of the room; I guess the environment will look better after it's finished. The staff proactively helped with luggage and checked parking, which was a big plus.

Loved it so much I decided to stay longer!
I had such a great time at Xuriling Riverside Hotel that I decided to extend my stay. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious, just like home!
A special thanks to the amazing girls at the front desk, Cuochu, Qimai and the security guard Baden.

Guest UserTheir service is definitely full marks. I booked this one for oxygen supply. As a result, the oxygen supply machine in the room was broken. Thanks to the front desk lady for taking us an oxygen supply machine! The facilities are really not good. I don’t want to live anymore. I can feel the springs one by one when I lie on the mattress. I didn’t sleep well all night. I had to hurry the next morning. I said that I was taking a bath. The water flow in her house was very small. There will be no good thing, her family has a lot of local Tibetan food snacks, delicious and not expensive, just walk into a family without stepping on thunder!

The room was clean and tidy, and the boss had his own parking lot. Parking is also convenient, just downstairs. The front desk lady has a good service attitude and convenient eating. The only fly in the ointment is that the floor heating was a little problem that day! Not too warm! The overall feeling is good.

User1234You can't really complain. A good price with a view of the mountains. The receptionist was friendly, but practically lives behind the scenes, so everyone can do as they please. So everything would actually be great... unfortunately the walls are made of Chinese papier-mâché. In the middle of the night you can hear loud mating calls echoing through the walls and in the morning the alarm clocks echo into your room. All in all an interesting experience, I can only recommend it.
