The hotel service is impeccable. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and professional, check-in is efficient, answer all questions, and provide thoughtful suggestions for surrounding sightseeing and food. Room service is on call and all needs are met quickly.

This was my first stay at a newly opened hotel, and the facilities were excellent. What really deserves praise is the hotel staff; the front desk staff and security guards treated us like family. My one-night stay was truly wonderful, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fuxin.

Very bad experience, booked a duplex room one day in advance, arrived at around 6 pm, according to the navigation is not right at all, contacted the merchant and said that someone in the duplex building lived 😓, why did I book it for others to live? The merchant said to change to a hospital, go in to see that the house is very cold, the hot spring water is not hot, and I asked the merchant to say no, I want to check out, the merchant said to change to a large room on the 5th floor, too ink, go upstairs The room has not been cleaned up, and I waited at the door for more than 20 minutes before I checked in. Trip.com booking a hotel is not guaranteed.

The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and there are robots to deliver goods. The location is excellent, opposite the city government, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, close to Liaogong University, praise. Breakfast was eaten at the Tianji buns south of the hotel, and I went to the Liaogong University food store to buy things. Overall praise.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She upgraded the room and gave the children gifts. Thumbs up. A newly renovated old hotel. It seems to be under Wanda. It is very clean. The toiletries smell good. The bath water heats up quickly and the shower water is very strong. The mattress is King Koil and it is very comfortable. The curtains, lights, and TV can all be controlled by Xiaodu. The big TV is really big... Very satisfied👍

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was very good, everything was solved, the parking lot was particularly large, 24 hours hot water, and the wireless network was very fast!

The Xingcheng Hotel is conveniently located next to Jiefang Square in the center of Fuxin City. It's near Xinmate Supermarket and Wanda Plaza, and not far away. We chose this hotel because we were traveling north through Fuxin City. Parking was also very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces in front, making it perfect for road trips. The heating was also excellent in winter.

首先，房間真的很乾凈整潔，超級大 套房兩張床都是大雙人床 賓館離瑞應寺相對很近 房間內一切能看到的都是免費的 温泉入户絕了，感覺一整天開車的那個勞累都泡沒了 老闆娘人也很好，早上走的急，退按金超級爽快，也沒有説不放心我，直接就給退了， But 公寓房真的唯一的缺點就是不隔音 而且不全是對外出租的遊客住的 還有私人的房子 比如我住那天晚上的樓上 外面走了一天巨累，然後三點多回賓館剛打個盹，就被四點多樓上拍拍打打打麻將的聲音，還有輪滑的聲音吵醒了 然後以為晚上總能好好休息了吧 結果從九點半開始到晚上十二點，我戴着耳機的情況下，一直到他們打完麻將才睡着 幸虧長輩睡得早，耳朵沒有我這麼敏感，不然一家子全都睡不好了 對我這種對聲音敏感的人來説真的很影響休息 要不是替老闆娘考慮我真的會報警 房東老闆娘也説，樓上鄰居，自己找了他們三次，好賴聽不進去，就是不願意動作輕一點，真的互相理解不了一點 我就住一晚啊，我也不想計較，但是真的很吵 對於第二天六點多就開車早起的人真的很不友好 在這裏再次感謝老闆娘願意替我交涉，很晚了也第一時間回覆我的消息 總之，我很慶幸自己能安全開6個小時車到家了 總結一下，建議大家，要是衝著乾淨環境，舒適大床和到户温泉的話 這裏真的超級推薦，推薦指數5分 老闆娘人很好很好～ 要是衝著好好休息之類的，對於我這種耳朵敏感的，推薦指數2分 畢竟誰願意花將近300睡一個不安穩的覺呢， 唉
