Wow wow wow , this is the best experience we have ever had with hot springs!!! Best hotel in the area. We loved everything about it, lots of activities for the kids during evenings. Lots of hot springs pools. Very nice and welcoming staff

The courtyard was very comfortable, and the hot spring was a genuine sulfur spring with its own source. The rooms were also very clean. Although the bathroom was a bit basic, the toiletries were of high quality; the shampoo and shower gel were from the brand Pechoin, and the toothbrush and toothpaste were separate sets, which the children loved and even took with them when they left. The complimentary desserts, drinks, and coffee provided by the courtyard were all homemade by the owner, and the children gave them rave reviews, saying they wanted to come back again.

I had a fantastic time here and would return at any time. The room was large with a great view. The hostel's own hot spring is nearby. The highlight was the shared dinners - it felt like a family dinner. I had not experienced this in a hostel before. The boss is very kind and helped me get back to DaLi. Highly recommended.

We cannot express enough how kind and helpful the reception staff were. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, especially taking care to keep our bicycles safe. The room was excellent; spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything was of a very high standard. There was a range of freshly cooked options at breakfast.

We arrived at this hotel after being forced to cancel our stay at the DALI BAIQUANWAN HOT SPRING hotel, as that place looked like a ruin compared to the photos. At the new hotel, a friendly woman name DUAN 段闻霞 greeted us and helped us with everything for two days - an amazing service that went above and beyond our expectations. Although most of the pools were closed, what was available was excellent, and Mrs. Duan took care of everything. We are already looking forward to returning to this superb hotel.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse was tucked away in an alley, making it easy to find. The interior had a rustic style, though the shower water would have been even better if it were hotter. There was an ancient tree-lined islet nearby, creating a pleasant environment. The courtyard was clean, and the rooftop offered a great view. The auntie who recommended it was very helpful and recommended a delicious halal restaurant. I met several particularly warm-hearted aunties from Chongqing who invited me to dinner and showed me around West Lake.

Excellent hotel! Given a free upgrade due to unbooked rooms, but both of the rooms we checked looked great. Very modern, high-tech rooms. Cozy resort, cute cats, afternoon tea was lovely. The hot springs are nice and private, with the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was also tasty. Will gladly stay at this resort again.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal. There was a supermarket just across the street, which made it easy to pick up any necessary items without any hassle. This convenience was particularly appreciated during my stay. The only complaint I had was that the air conditioning was not cooling very well. It made the room a bit warmer than I would have liked, especially during the hot days. Overall, Golden Hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in the area and would happily return on my next visit.
