So I called the owner, a woman who answered the phone and told us she was at the visitor center. We bought our tickets and then took a car with her to her house. When we arrived, she cut us a watermelon, which we were very grateful for. For lunch, she made us braised carp, which was delicious and very fresh. In the afternoon, after we returned from exploring the scenic area, she cooked rice porridge for us, made delicious cabbage according to my request, cut us melon, and served us boiled corn. The corn tasted just like the corn I ate as a child—sweet and delicious, a taste of my childhood. I want to express my gratitude again. If I have the opportunity to visit the Yellow River Stone Forest again, I will definitely stay at her place again.
