Hotels with Parking in Baise

This place has hands down been the most memorable stay we have ever had! As a couple traveling for the first time in China, Yukong, his family, and friends gave us a feeling of home and took care of us in a way we never experienced from a homestay. The house itself is build by Yukong's grandparents 70 years ago, and is placed in the middle of a Kiwi farm on the mountains outside Leye city. We shared great meals together every night in front of the fireplace with the boiling soup bowl at the center. Friends and family of the house even cared for bringing all sorts of classical Chinese instruments to the house to play traditional folk music for us - something we will never forget! Together we sang karaoke, drank rice wine, laughed and had great talks, despite of the language barrier. One could tell that our well being mattered to all of them, and that they wanted us to experience and understand their culture. Yukong and his brother even joined us for a hike in the nearby geopark and helped us with litterarly everything regarding planning and activities (which was so helpful, as none of us speaks Chinese). They took so much time off their hands to help us getting around and showed us the most wonderful local tourist attractions and great places to eat. The area has a lot to offer, and we were amazed that we seemed to have it all to ourselves. If you are in Guangxi, or anywhere else in China, for that matter, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. It is something you will remember for a long time. The nature, the culture, and especially the family you are gonna stay with, are wonderful.

1. The environment is very good. The hotel is built on the mountain in the tea garden. Very quiet. The scenic level landscape is in front of the cliff-like viewing platform. Figure 1 Climbing to the back hilltop clock tower is a large hill. Figure 2 is very beautiful. 2. The service was very warm. When I came, there were very few guests. The restaurant prepared a rich breakfast for me and a heated milk picture 3. thank you very much. Hospitality is the characteristic of Guangxi people. 3. The facilities are complete and stylish. The hotel design is beyond the level of Leye County. The viewing platform, tea hall, restaurant, leisure bar are very atmospheric. It can be seen that the boss is very careful. The bed and pillows are moderately soft and comfortable. If you want to find a quiet place to relax or drive to Leye, you will definitely come to this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

I came to Guangxi for a trip and went from Quyang Lake to Baise. I chose Wanduo Hotel. I didn't expect that the hotel at this price was quite good. The location is very good, parking is very convenient, there are various shops downstairs, it is very lively at night, there are many drink shops It's not far from Tianzhou Ancient City, but this ancient city is too boring, so there's no need to go there.

The hotel is located in Haokun Village. After exiting the highway, it's a ten-minute drive along a mountain road, including two steep downhill sections with sharp turns, which can be dangerous at night. There's an entrance fee to the village, but hotel guests are exempt from the entrance fee. After crossing a distinctive covered bridge, you'll see the hotel at the end of the lake. This hotel is arguably the best in Haokun Lake in terms of appearance, size, and facilities. Our room was spacious, with a nice view of the lake from the window. The only drawbacks were the steps around the sink and bathtub, and the slightly sunken bathroom floor. Although the hotel had marked the steps, it was still easy to slip and fall. The showerhead had a strong water pressure and was easy to use; the hairdryer and other amenities were good. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Since there's no elevator, they carried our luggage up and down the stairs; any amenities we needed were promptly delivered to our room. Their service was commendable! When we visited, the hotel restaurant was under renovation, so only a simple breakfast was available. Dinner had to be found outside; there were several restaurants near the covered bridge, and the food was decent. Haokun Lake has beautiful scenery and clear, emerald-green water, but it is smaller than Quyang Lake. In winter, the water volume is not abundant enough, so the scenery is not as good as in summer.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about 4-5 kilometers, but it's very quiet, so we all slept really well. We booked a superior twin room with a small balcony, which was great for drying clothes. The room itself was quite spacious, new, and quiet. It's a standard hotel, so you don't have to worry about cleanliness. There are washing machines on the 3rd floor, but only two, plus two dryers, so it can get busy. However, you can leave a note there to queue, and the staff will help bring your washed laundry back to you. Overall, it was a good stay. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so here are a few from Tongling Grand Canyon instead.

This place has a lovely, tranquil atmosphere. The wooden tables and chairs, combined with the warm yellow lighting, create a cozy and comfortable feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always there when you need them. The establishment is clean and tidy, the ingredients are fresh, and the food tastes amazing.

The lobby is beautiful, and the service from the staff member was very enthusiastic. The room was actually very clean; I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The bed is wide and the bedding is comfortable. Everything is great, except for the slightly remote location. But you can see the mountains right from your bed, which is incredibly beautiful, really.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. You can drive into the city and arrive there in a short time. There is a small parking lot, but not many parking spaces. It is full now that it is not the tourist season. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is warm enough and the shower water is hot enough. The breakfast is not so good. The insulation is too poor and the dishes are basically cold. Fortunately, there are boiled noodles, otherwise it is impossible to eat in such a cold weather... The hotel only gives 2 bottles of bottled water. You can't ask for more bottles (you have to pay). I have stayed in cheap and expensive hotels all over the country, and none of them said they would not give it...

We stayed here first a few days waiting for bicycle parts. Our bikes were secure in the hotel garage during the stay. The owner was happy for us to book daily, so we could leave once our bikes were done. Although we did have free cancellation. Very clean room and spacious. Hot water, working shower. There was a kettle for making hot drinks or noodle pots. Location was excellent, 1 minute to local shops and eating places.

Zizhu International Hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Baise. I used to work in Baise thirty years ago. Now Baise has become a big and modern city, and it was hard to find my way around, but this hotel in the city centre made it a lot easier. I enjoyed the view of Youjiang river and was amazed to see the new Baise hospital building just across the street. Zizhu International Hotel is a modern hotel with excellent facilities as well as service. I thought that staying at such a hotel would be very expensive, but it wasn't. It was rather cheap. A great surprise! If I return to Baise again, I will definitely book again.
