小小样儿妞妞This is a place where we rest on the way from Vancouver to Banff. Grizzly Town is a small town with few people. This hotel is the best hotel in the town. It is a 3-minute walk from the supermarket and the room facilities are clean. Hygiene, the only dissatisfaction is that the treadmill in the gym is leaking! Leakage! Leakage! ! ! !
HHelene DragatsiThe location is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately far from the main town which is not practical for those like me who don't own a car. There is taxi service for about $30 to get to town, which is actually less than other vacation spots in BC, and the area itself of the hotel is a good getaway from anything loud. I enjoyed my time here. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is included which is practical but the resto is closed in evenings due to Covid. You can order food if needed.
GGuest UserThe waiter was very good, one light in my room was broken, and we were dealt with it quickly. The furniture is a bit old but clean, the king bed room, the bed is really big and comfortable, the location is close to the city center.
GGuest UserThe first impression isn't very good. The building looks very run-down. It seems like renovations have begun.
The entrance area/reception aren't very inviting.
The room and bathroom have been renovated and are fine.
The room has a refrigerator that's very loud. We had to turn it off.
It's also strange that the old, broken smoke detector is still hanging from the ceiling without a cover.
If you like it dark at night, you'll need a blindfold.
We didn't have the included breakfast because we didn't like the room. We also hadn't read any positive reviews about the breakfast.
The hotel is fine for one night.
The location is great, as it's very close to restaurants.
GGuest UserThere was no elevator, but only 2 short sets of stairs. Was not a problem. Room was good, although don’t understand why there aren’t rooms available at solo travellers prices. No safe.Hot tub had sand in the bottom . No towels one time. Pool area clean though. Breakfast was good, ran out of a few items and had to ask for them. Good selection of tea, although no Red Rose. Coffee was awesome. Wondering if a smoking tower could be out by picnic tables. Such a nice spot to sit. Instead of smoking out front at the entrance.
GGuest UserThe breakfast is full and there is no meat. We didn't ask for an extra bed, and we didn't know much about the extra bed. There is a suite with a kitchen, two rooms have two beds, and a living room with a three-person sofa that has been dirty for a long time. There is free parking, it is more suitable for children, the hotel location is good, it is more convenient to travel.
