The room is spacious, with a small kitchen and complete cooking utensils. It feels like a small studio but you can still feel at home. The service is very friendly and the soundproofing is OK. There are also restaurants and shoe stores around. It is very convenient to take a taxi. The breakfast is nutritious and healthy. It is worth recommending to come to this town.

A fabulous hotel. So much fun!! All the rooms are named after something Italian; I stayed in the Pavarotti room with a hot tub. Bliss!!

The hotel is in a great location. There is a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby. There is also a free parking lot for self-driving travel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car~

From the moment that we arrived and were checking in, the front desk made us really feel like friends of the hotel! She was so hospitable and knowledgeable about everything we inquired about. We definitely will come back for the same experience again!

Very clean

My university travel agent selected this hotel for me and it was a great choice. Fantastic value for money. I have been staying here for 2 weeks whilst I study at the local university and it has been a great place to stay. Nice and clean, fantastic and friendly staff who are there 24hrs a day at the front desk. Continental breakfast served from 6:30am-10am. Short walk to the city centre and the local bus/train station. The hotel also has very fast free wifi and a regular turn down service for your room. If you are prepared to take a bit of a longer walk I would suggest visiting the area of Westdale, near to McMaster university, there are great restaurants and a 1920's style cinema. Would highly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays, I will certainly return here in the future.

Got stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!
