RRUIThe hotel service is very good, but the front desk is a little confused, insisting that we don't have breakfast. You have to figure it out when you check in, otherwise you will be charged more.

GGuest UserMy university travel agent selected this hotel for me and it was a great choice. Fantastic value for money. I have been staying here for 2 weeks whilst I study at the local university and it has been a great place to stay. Nice and clean, fantastic and friendly staff who are there 24hrs a day at the front desk. Continental breakfast served from 6:30am-10am. Short walk to the city centre and the local bus/train station. The hotel also has very fast free wifi and a regular turn down service for your room. If you are prepared to take a bit of a longer walk I would suggest visiting the area of Westdale, near to McMaster university, there are great restaurants and a 1920's style cinema. Would highly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays, I will certainly return here in the future.

BBritqGot stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!
