GGuest UserThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay I would say. Clean and cozy. Home-like atmosphere. The only thing I want to mention is that when we arrived at 4:30pm no one was there, no reception, no instructional signs… until 10 mins later, there was somebody coming out from a storage, she was very helpful and got us in the room instantly. One suggestion is that it’d be great to prepare 1 or 2 extra blankets for a group of more than 2.

CCengConvenient location, driving to the restaurant or supermarket is quite close, the room is fully equipped, the bed is quite good to sleep, especially like the atmosphere of the lobby, there are free drinks and fruits, this time the standard double bed room has no mountain view, next time I will want to enter the main mountain view room try

GGuest UserHotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans.

SSean_CDWe booked one night for our stay in Banff. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ drive from Banff town. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and we truly enjoyed the stunning morning view as the sunlight sparkled over the ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the lack of an elevator made it less convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I would certainly choose the hotel for my next stay in Canmore.

GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.

So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk
