AAnonymous UserThe location is pretty good, close to the road and easy to find. It looks like it's been renovated, which is nice. The bedding and cleanliness are both excellent. The service was fantastic, very warm and thoughtful. They even upgraded my room when they saw I had a leg injury, which was a huge help. Check-in is staffed from 2-5 PM, and self-service after 5 PM. The hot water was great, making for a very comfortable shower. The only downside is there's only one air conditioner, and its power is a bit low, so it wasn't quite warm enough in winter.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very large and spacious, with a fully equipped living room and kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even cups and plates. There was also a small courtyard in the lobby, exceeding our expectations. We arrived in Warrnambool quite late, and the hotel reception had already closed. We hadn't received a self-check-in email, so we called Ctrip customer service and the security guard posted at the entrance. While looking for the key box, we met a very friendly and patient lady who helped us find the key – we were so lucky!
BBaqihoulouThe motel was generally good. The front desk staff were very helpful, communicating via email and patiently answering all my questions. The only downsides were the age of the rooms, the lack of an elevator, and the difficulty of carrying luggage. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained.
VV100StranEverything is great, clean, there is even a toaster and microwave in the room, a refrigerator, no problems with parking. The bed is comfortable, a very cute picture of a kangaroo on the wall))
We checked in in the evening, had to call, since no one was there (but we booked just a couple of hours before). Otherwise, everything is great.
HHaoxiaoyizhibaoziThis hotel in Warrnambool doesn't have any special features, it feels like a motel, it's average, not very recommended. If you go to Warrnambool to soak in the hot springs, you can stay directly in the hot spring hotel, the price will not be much different.
RRevitaIf you come with your family mahogany motel the best option for your family, its affordable motel, clean, not far from CBD, friendly staff, big space room and has kitchen inside. I will come back if visit warrnambool again.
GGuest UserHad a girls night with my 10 year old daughter, in the King Spa suite. Excellent facilities, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay. Great customer service on booking in and out. 10/10
IIWTravelsGreat location, clean and accessible to all the locations. The only issue was the heater was not as strong, hence the room was quite chilly at night. Other than that really great place.
