Hotels with Parking in Orange

Very happy with a very clean room everyday, nice decoration, spa bath, comfortable King bed, Free EV charger and unexpected complimentary breakfast was a huge surprise. Thank you so much. Highly recommended and definitely will back again for my next visit.

Chips in the room expired five month ago (I understand is not free) and the washing machine leaks during drainage, water all over the bathroom and have to put both bath towel on the floor in case the water came out to the carpet.

Room is clean and recently renovated. Location close to town centre BUT because our room was street-facing, there is a lot of noise through the night from vehicular traffic. And air-con didn't work (it just heated the room instead of cooling even though settings were on cool and temp qas set to low), so had to keep balcony door open, which meant it was even noisier. Not to mention the time lost messing with the air-con to try and get it to work.

The room was very small and has windows to the corridor. A shower booth door in the bathroom didn't fit and the water was leaking to the floor. I have stayed in Mercure in other cities. Compared to other Mercure, it was disappointing.

I think the cost performance is good considering the accommodation costs. The concierge was kind. Location is ok.

The bathroom is very clean and the room is large. The bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable. The hotel has no elevator and has to climb the stairs on the second floor. The corridor needs to be cleaned. Mini bar mineral water needs to buy 3 yuan a bottle, a bit expensive, did not buy.

Nice big room. Very comfortable. Would stay here again.
