XiaoyouyouA perfect and comfortable stay to conclude our Sydney, Australia trip. Upon landing at Sydney domestic airport, I saw on Google Maps 🗺️ that the hotel wasn't far 🏨, so my son and I walked there, which took about 23 minutes. The moment we opened the door, we were amazed. It felt just like coming home. The front desk staff were also very good and nice. Finding food around the hotel was very convenient, with Northeastern Chinese, Sichuanese restaurants, and Asian supermarkets. A large Australian WWS supermarket was also within a 10-minute walk. Mascot train station is within walking distance, and it's just 5 stops directly to Circular Quay, known as the most beautiful station in the Southern Hemisphere. Our 3-night stay was absolutely fantastic! 🈵

Yukili1127Pros:
1) Spacious, practical layout with a large balcony, perfect for families.
2) Very close to the airport. An Uber ride costs around AUD 16 in the morning and AUD 22 at night.
3) Plenty of USB sockets in both the rooms and the lobby, which is very convenient.
4) There's a heated pool and a 24-hour gym.
5) Replenishment requests are delivered quickly.
6) Equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
Cons:
1) The front desk service was mediocre. Upon entering the room, we found one of the bedroom doors locked, and it took multiple calls and reminders before someone came to unlock it.
2) The slippers were incredibly thin, practically like walking barefoot. I've never encountered such poor quality slippers in a hotel before.
3) There was a toothbrush on the shower caddy in one of the bathrooms.
4) The shower door in one bathroom easily hits the sink cabinet when opened, which is quite dangerous.
5) The kitchen lacked a soup pot, only providing a frying pan, which was very inconvenient.
6) Some household appliances were malfunctioning: two USB ports on the dining table were broken, the kettle lid couldn't be opened properly, and the shower in one room made a rattling sound when in use.
7) Even on the strongest setting, the dryer couldn't fully dry the clothes.

Freja722Pros: The decor is very stylish and well-designed. The breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere is quite young and has a great vibe.
Cons:
1. The location isn't particularly close to the airport, nor is it very far. I'd recommend hotels closer to Moscot Station instead.
2. The biggest issue is that the hotel room was smaller than expected. You definitely won't be able to fully open two 28-inch suitcases in there.
3. The staff weren't particularly helpful. When I needed to use a meeting studio for work, they tried to get me to use the large conference room in the lobby instead.

Yanhuo621I was in Sydney for a couple of nights for personal matters before flying to the Gold Coast, so I booked this hotel near the airport after a lot of searching. After arriving at T1 International Terminal, I followed the airport signs to the free shuttle bus to T3. From the T3 arrivals hall, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel according to the map. It's manageable if you don't have too much luggage, not a big deal. To get back to the airport, it's the same route. On the day I left, it was raining, so I took the hotel's airport shuttle, fearing my luggage would get wet if I walked. It cost $14, which isn't cheap, but a taxi would probably be similar.
Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the furniture and appliances are a bit dated. The bathroom has a bathtub, so you need to be careful getting in and out. You have to turn off the lights one by one. They don't provide complimentary bottled water; even the mini-bar water costs money. There's one free carton of milk. If you need a toothbrush and toothpaste, you have to ask the front desk. I always bring my own, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's something to note if you don't. The room overlooks the airport terminal, and it's not too noisy.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping service was excellent and very thorough. They even tidied up my messy data cables and placed them neatly on the desk. The room looked very clean overall, even though the hotel is old.
Service: My early morning flight arrived, and by the time I cleared customs and walked to the hotel, it was past 10 am. I couldn't check in yet, but I could store my luggage. The public restrooms in the lobby were also very clean and spacious. I used the restroom to change clothes, quickly freshened up and put on some makeup, then left my luggage and went out to take care of my business.
Other: The hotel is near the airport. If you're heading into the city or elsewhere by train, the closest Mascot train station is about a 15-minute walk. It's not super close, but for younger people, this walking distance is acceptable. There are restaurants and a supermarket near the train station.
Overall, it's quite convenient to stay here if you have an early morning flight or a short stopover.

skleexian2025I stayed here for one night on my last day in Sydney before heading to the airport, and I absolutely loved it! First off, the bedding and furniture were clean and comfortable, and even though they were a bit old, they felt well-maintained. The room was also relatively spacious and had a Google Chromecast-enabled TV. There are tons of food options less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, especially a wide variety of Asian food, which was great. There's also a large Woolworths nearby where I bought souvenirs and gifts. What I found most interesting was that initially, I was puzzled by the absence of bottled water in the room. But then I realized there were glass bottles, and you could fill them up with still, cold, or sparkling water from the lobby as much as you wanted. It was a little bit of a hassle, but it was also fun to be able to choose sparkling or cold water to my liking, plus it's environmentally friendly. And two things that were really excellent were the breakfast and the airport shuttle. The breakfast was very delicious and offered a good variety, including an egg station. And the airport shuttle! I booked a room that included the shuttle for two people, so I only had to pay an extra fee for one additional person, and it worked out perfectly. I had an early flight the next morning, and it was a very convenient and satisfying stay. I'd love to stay here again.

Anonymous UserYou can walk directly to the hotel from the domestic airport in about 15 minutes. However, if you're heading to the international airport the next day, you'll need a taxi or the hotel's shuttle bus (which costs $12 per person).
The hotel's hygiene is good, it's not noisy, and the beds are quite soft. The toiletries have a really lovely scent.

cyyqqThis hotel is very close to Sydney Airport, making it perfect for early morning flights or layovers. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and efficient, making both check-in and check-out a smooth experience. The facilities are comprehensive, the overall environment is quiet, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sydney.

SHAOZHOUThe location is not bad, very close to the airport, but the road is built in front of the door, so it is still inconvenient. Hotel facilities, appliances are too old
