GGuest UserWas a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. It is very close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the balcony door. The room has its own refrigerator, microwave, bowls and plates. I bought something to eat and put it directly in the refrigerator. The front desk of the hotel is also very welcoming and will visit again.

YYIThe location of the hotel is very good, on the main road of the small town. Not too noisy. There is a large parking gallery, and a separate parking space is located at the door of the room, which is convenient for loading and unloading luggage and picking up items at any time. Room facilities are good in the motel category, the room is very hygienic and there is no bad taste. The bed is soft and hard, and the quality of the cotton fabric on the bed and the washing are very good. The bathroom cleaning is not bad. Although the various facilities in the room are not new, they are well maintained and historical. A variety of food around, suitable for self-driving travel. Check in must be based on the payment method confirmed at the time of booking and insist, if there is objection, contact with the domestic customer service, it will be a good solution. Overall, a good stay experience.

CCoreyThere were dirty plates and cups in the cupboard there was still dust underneath the vanity the floor had looked like it not been swept properly the bed was comfortable location was ok but I will never go back
