The counter staff was friendly and parking was easy. The room was spacious and the location was good, not far from shops and restaurants. It is a short distance from the Woolworths shopping district, but it is within an acceptable walking distance.

HHL GanRoom size is ok but hotel a bit old. Only soap bar and small bottle of shampoo provided. The light was faulty as well . No lift for the hotel.
