Amazing
The staff are friendly and professional, and there's a 24-hour hotline for emergency support, even outside of reception hours. There are also many nearby attractions; I recommend the Bundaberg Rum Distillery and the Lady Elliot Island Day Tour.

Good view of the park with kangaroos jumping about. Had a great 2 days stay in the room with nice and quiet environment for a good rest. Totally secured parking with friendly reception who did her best to make our stay very comfortable.

The interior of the accommodation was very nice. In particular, it was easy to get to, quite clean, and communication with the person in charge was very convenient. The shower was clean and great.

Very good location, Staff is very friendly and helpful, Close to nature reserve, beach. Really enjoyed our short stay in the resort. Will definitely come back in the near future

The motel room was very clean and was stocked with toiletries (soap, shampoo/conditioner,towels ect). There was cutlery and a microwave. Highly recommended staying here and is budget friendly.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We had a good nights sleep. Location is slightly set back off the main road so traffic noise is minimal yet you hear the occasional truck. It’s a great place to stay and I would stay again.

GGuest UserThe Bundaberg park village is made up mostly of permanent residents, with a few good size drive throw powered sites and a few cabins. The site managers have been in place for about four months and have started on a programme to upgrade the site. Amenities bocks and laundry were clean but need modernising (informed this was high on the list but due to Covid-19 had to be put on hold) all equipment worked but showing signs of age. The camp kitchen was partly closed due to Covid-19 needs updating. Work taking place during our stay: boom gates being installed, painting cabins, signage and gardens. Staff very helpful, permanent residents friendly. The park is located about 8K from Bundaberg.
