Good: The location is excellent, right in front of the main square. Bus lines 1, 2, 3, and 4 are all within 100 meters, making it very convenient for getting around. There are many dining options downstairs, including a Sichuan restaurant across the alley which was decent but the portions were small. Okay: This is a hotel in an old European-style building. There's no air conditioning, so it can get quite hot and stuffy with the windows closed. It probably depends on the weather; we didn't really need AC during our stay. We only received one bottle of water on check-in for a three-day stay, and it wasn't replenished afterward (though free water was available in the lobby). Breakfast was very basic, with no hot dishes except for a boiled egg. Just a side note, the European economy might be struggling. When paying the city tax at the end, they even asked for a tip, which I found a bit off-putting, so I didn't give one. It probably meets a 3-star standard.

Friendly welcome, everything was extremely clean. Quiet location, just a stone's throw from the center on foot. Plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage, though it comes with an extra charge. The breakfast was exceptional; absolutely nothing was missing. Diverse and ample!

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

The environment is good overall, the facilities are complete, and it is in line with the epidemic prevention standards. The service is very intimate and first-class. The towels are also sterilized. You can rest assured that you are so bold and worthy of such a high evaluation. It can be regarded as a worthy name. I will recommend it to my friends.

Although it is very remote, it is very convenient for us to go to the city center by tram. There are freshly baked pizzas around. There is also a Chinese restaurant. There is a wine house downstairs. The children sleep and have a drink.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. It's a little far from Linz station, but it's convenient to move around because there is a bus stop in front of you. There is also a SPAR nearby, so I think it would be nice to have daily necessities there. I think breakfast can be slow because there are not many people and people when I go early.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key. The locals told the department to open the cabinet. The room was hygienic. The bed was also very big and the location was very convenient.
