Mr & MRS Smith Raas Chhatrasagar
"A tranquil remote place, our accommodation was on a dam overlooking a lake. A luxury tent, it was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The service we received was excellent throughout. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, which specialises in home-grown, home-cooked food. We took a boat trip around the lake, where, helped by the very knowledgeable naturalist, we spotted many bird species."
Jaadooghar Aravalli Hideaway, Jawai
"If there were a way to rate beyond five stars, this place would easily earn it. Jawai Retreat is truly where luxury meets wilderness. Every moment felt special, from the breathtaking safaris to the calm evenings under the stars. A big thanks to Ayushi and Hardik for their warm hospitality and to the entire team for making the stay so memorable. Beautiful property, amazing food, and the kindest staff, can’t wait to return soon."
Brij Lakshmansagar, Pali
"A fantastic place for rest after the hustle and bustle of Indian cities. Lovely setting And attentive staff. Food was excellent. Well worth including this in any Rajasthan trip."
Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreat

The Jawai Sagar Resort
"Amritara Jawai Resort – A Hidden Gem in the Wilderness If you’re traveling to Jodhpur, Udaipur, or on the way to Jaisalmer from Jodhpur, Jawai is a destination you absolutely must include in your plans. Located in the Pali district of Rajasthan, Jawai offers a breathtaking mix of rugged landscapes, rich wildlife, and serene tranquility. My stay at Amritara Jawai Resort was nothing short of extraordinary, and I’d love to share my experience to help you plan your visit. A Perfect Blend of Nature and Comfort: Amritara Jawai Resort is nestled in the lap of nature, surrounded by hills, a tranquil dam, and open wilderness. The resort’s location, right next to the leopard spotting zone, makes it an ideal getaway for wildlife enthusiasts and those seeking peace. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the bathrooms are surprisingly large, rooms having real large size photos of the wildlife, adding a luxurious touch to the rustic surroundings. The food is freshly prepared, flavorful, and served with a warm smile by the ever-courteous staff. Evenings at the resort are magical, with opportunities for stargazing, cozy bonfires, and views that seem straight out of a postcard. The Star of the Stay – Mr. Dayal: One of the most remarkable aspects of my visit was meeting Mr. Dayal, the resort manager. A professional naturalist with expertise in wildlife and forestry, Mr. Dayal is an encyclopedia of knowledge. Whether it’s mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, or trees, his insights are fascinating and deeply enriching. He has a unique ability to connect nature with stories, leaving you with a new appreciation for the harmony around you. If the night sky is clear, he can guide you through stargazing sessions, explaining star formations and constellations. If you’re lucky, he might even accompany you on a leopard safari, turning it into an unforgettable experience. His humility, warmth, and dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay are truly commendable. The Thrill of the Leopard Safari: The leopard safari at Jawai is unlike any other wildlife experience. The 4x4 jeeps take you through rugged terrain and up hills in search of these elusive big cats. Thanks to the excellent coordination among the jeep drivers, the chances of spotting a leopard are incredibly high. Once you’ve spotted a leopard, the safari doesn’t just end there. You’re taken to a scenic spot on the hill overlooking the dam, where you can enjoy hi-tea in the middle of nature. The combination of adventure, wildlife, and serenity makes this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Morning Walks and Birdwatching: Another highlight of the trip was the morning walk to the dam near the resort. Guided by the staff (a must due to the presence of crocodiles), this walk offers a chance to connect with nature. Watching weaver bird nests was a delightful experience. Tips for Your Jawai Visit: • Stay Duration: Plan at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the resort and safaris. • Safari Timing: Evening and ea"

The Rawla Narlai - A Luxury Heritage Stay in Leopard Country
"Our Stay at Rawla Narlai wasn’t usual experience but a unique one. It feels like a complete experience. A real hidden gem and beautifully offbeat. It’s peaceful, scenic, and full of heritage charm. Nothing feels commercial here, just warm, genuine hospitality that makes you feel at home. A big shout out to Kripalini Singh the Hotel Manager for managing everything so smoothly and ensuring guests are always comfortable. Mr. Zorawar Singh added a lovely surprise element that made our stay even more special. Mukesh was always helpful, Ashok Singh ji handled all our travel plans seamlessly, and Bade Lala’s village walk was a highlight …simple, authentic, and very memorable. Sanjay and Arjun Singh ji made leopard spotting exciting, and Muani explained the stepwell in a very easy and engaging way. The spa by Mary was relaxing, and the stepwell dining experience was beautiful. Deepak and Raju took great care of us during breakfast, while Rinkesh the Duty Manager, planned and coordinated our entire itinerary perfectly. A special mention to Chef Govardhan for the delicious food. Especially the lauki ka halwa! Only small point, the cold coffee could have been better. Overall, Rawla Narlai is more than just a stay—it’s peaceful, authentic, and something you’ll remember long after you leave. Definitely worth visiting, Minimum Two Night Stay is recommended!"
Jawai's Wildness Lodge
"The owner himself pays attention to the management and ensure that you are comfortable. Food is amazing. They cook everything fresh and can customize it based on your requirement. However, do order with sufficient time as fresh for will take it's own time. Gentleman behavior that took me by surprise...we could not go to the resort on the specified date due to some medical emergency and could not inform them also. I called them after two days and explained my ordeal. To my surprise they said that not to worry... I can come on any other day based on availability and they will not charge me anything extra. Their motto is that the guests should have a good time for the effort and money spent. I have not come across such a gesture before. Keep it up"
Aloof the Jungle Lodge Ranakpur
"Nestled among the verdant hills of a lush jungle, Aloof The Jungle Resort is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable escape into nature. From the moment we arrived, the soothing sounds of chirping birds and rustling leaves enveloped us, creating an atmosphere of tranquility. The accommodations are nothing short of spectacular. Our spacious cottages, designed with natural materials and panoramic windows, offered breathtaking views of the surrounding canopy. Each morning, we woke to the gentle embrace of sunlight, musical strem of water flowing down the hills."
The Trishala Vilas (A Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa)

"Lovely hotel in a converted fort. We had a lovely room that looked like others we’d seen in palaces in India. The gardens were beautiful and the staff were excellent. The only disappointment was the buffet dinner which was expensive, not hot and not much choice, had we been advised it was a buffet we would not have chosen to have it"

King's Abode Ranakpur
"We loved this resort. The staff is welcoming and helpful. If there's any problem, they will come immediately and fix it. The rooms didn't have good wifi (walls too thick) but you can go online in the common areas just fine. The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are exactly as shown on the pics that are posted: nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. There's a pool table and table tennis and the swimming pool is divine, with minimal chlorine and clean cold water. Very refreshing. You can also dine or have drinks served in the pool area. The hotel will also organize a safari for you where you might be able to spot a leopard if you're one of the lucky few."
