"The room was very clean, towels were better than fair quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in pump bottles for convenience. We had a king sweet, the room was very spacious, enough for us to dance, have Christmas w our grandchildren and play w them on the floor. The pool is very clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing and best of all the staff are All friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. We mostly had the pleasure of working with Annie who is just the best! Seriously, she's amazing. If you are looking for comfort, accommodations and cleanliness this is the hotel to stay in. They made us feel at right at home!"

"The hotel is located minutes away from North Topsail Beach. It is a brand new property, which is nice. The rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and a good value for the price. We enjoyed the pool and admired the fitness center. Breakfast had a good variety, except the eggs were all fried with the yokes broken. The billing was a bit confusing since it seems that I was charged once by the third party booking company and a second time by the hotel. They are working to resolve this issue at this point. Finally, if you plan to use the laundry, bring your own quarters since it is a cashless hotel."

"Our flight was cancelled getting us to NC. When we called the front desk in Jacksonville the staff was helpful and wonderful. They held our room and let us know that there would be a person at the desk so check in, at any hour would be no problem. The staff at your Jacksonville location is wonderful. Facilities are fine."
