Room was very clean it was quite close bye restaurants enjoyed my stay there will be coming again

After going to extend my stay and the Internet wasn't working well enough and kept closing my tab. I left to get wifi at that time front desk banged on door told my wife it was check out if we didn't leave she would call the cops. She called me upset. Front desk accused us of smoking as wife grabbed belongings. She informed her she has asthma

They kept my deposit even though I didn't smoke in the room just because the room smelt like smoke which was coming off my clothes they decided they would keep $100 of my money which is not fair to me when I checked in they did not have hardly no rooms available except the expensive ones so I had to get one that they had available I would not recommend them

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful…the room was clean and the beds were very comfy..and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores

Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Check in/out went smoothly.

They were welcoming to my pet…after a couple room changes (the second move was due to the smell of cigarette smoke in a no-smoke room)

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. No complaints. Area looks a tad on the rougher side but we had no issues. Everyone around was friendly and it is conveniently located with easy access to a lot of different areas in Jacksonville.

Paid $100 deposit stayed 4 days parked in front of the office. I renew my stay for $150. The hood rat in the front office came to my room 20 mins later and told me I had to go. $250 they stole saying 3 dogs werent allowed. BUT YOU KNEW I HAD DOGS FOR A WHOLE 4 DAYS. Do NOT Trust these folks! They will find a way to f you over! I promise that!
