"Excellent location, 15 minutes from the airport, traditional and classical, can feel the culture. Five steps away, adjacent to Berkshire Hathaway, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the smell of money is flowing. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, but the response is slow, as old as the hotel. 1) Two days of special sleep wake-up service, no early, delay the trip; 2) breakfast meal for more than 20 minutes, the first day can not wait to eat, the next day need to want to return breakfast in advance to catch the early flight, the hotel does not give back is also a pity!"

"Th Hotel was great. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our event of The Murder/Mystery Dinner that was held there, was also, top notch! If I had to pick anything that disturbed us, which wasn't The Hotel's fault was , the homeless guy shouting at us with tatoos on his face from the intersection while leaving. Looks as if there's a "camp" or something growing by the 72nd and Grover area. Luckily for Omaha, the bridge construction has ceased traffic in this area to give "the un-housed" time for Satanic cardboard artwork and language classes for "speaking in tongues". Overall, it was great night."

"The room sofa was filthy and had to cover with a sheet for guests to set on. Stains on wall. Curtains had filth on them. Repairs needed in room. The toilet tipped every time set upon. Hallways needed some repair and fleshing up. If we weren’t desperate for a room we would have asked for a refund and left. Will not recommend or stay again. The breakfast was waffles and cold cereal. The host tried to accommodate us the best he could when we needed the sheet and more towels. The elevator and baggage cart worked well."

"The room is very spacious, and there are many restaurants nearby, including hamburger shops, Japanese food shops, and small supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly. If you leave before 7 o'clock, you can ask for a packed breakfast in advance. There is free hot water, coffee and tea bags in the front desk area. It is also very convenient to call Uber. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to CHI Center by Uber, and it takes only 20 minutes to go to the airport, which is very convenient."
