"The location is fantastic! It's right across from Emerald Lake Mall, offering tons of dining options, and Fantawild Oriental Heritage is super close by. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, even turning on the AC before we arrived. The hotel itself has a very cozy and welcoming vibe. The smart devices (like the toilet and curtains) were user-friendly and efficient. The big projector screen was a real treat, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. For a new hotel, the value for money is exceptional!"

"So so. It's a small hotel, simple bnb. It's quite new, but the hotel room already smelled like cigarette. Place looks good from outside but the lastin cigarette smell is a dealbreaker. I had to sleep wearing my mask. Mind you i asked for a non-smoking room."

"The location is good, but the disposable slippers are of poor quality and smell like plastic. The first room we had was unclean and smelled terrible. It was incredibly smelly, and the stench was overwhelming! Even the front desk clerk couldn't stand it. One front desk clerk was extremely rude and initially refused to let us change rooms (see picture below). After changing rooms, the odor was gone, the cleanliness was acceptable, and it wasn't too noisy outside."

"The mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillow was too high, and the blanket was too thick. The showerhead sprayed water unevenly, the temperature was inconsistent, and it was difficult to adjust. The air conditioner was too noisy, blowing directly at the bed, making it very cold, but if I turned it up slightly and covered myself with the blanket, it was too hot. Overall, the experience was poor, and I didn't sleep well."
