After traveling for 13 hours, I was very tired. Checking in at the front desk was slow and delayed for a long time. The last bit of patience was exhausted. Among them, the wrong room card was given, but the front desk said that we got the wrong room card ourselves. The professionalism can be said to put the responsibility on the guests. For the first time, the hotel facilities are quite satisfactory in all aspects, but the service is too low-level... There is also a used comb confiscated by the previous resident in the bathroom, and the hygiene of the guest room is also very average. Families, please protect yourself from lightning!

I was woken up by an unknown bug bite at night, and I couldn't catch it even when I turned on the light. I was always worried that it would come out again, which kept me from sleeping well for the rest of the night. This hotel is weird, many places are old, there are many cracks in the ceiling, the toilet is also old, the curtains and lighting are intelligently configured, but it is still an artificial toilet. Not recommended to stay.

The hygiene situation is very bad! The urine on the toilet seat in the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and there were handfuls of hair on the floor of the shower room. It was very disgusting!

The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene is very clean. The surrounding traffic is convenient and there are parking spaces. The price and breakfast are too cost-effective. The point is that the chili sauce in the breakfast room is so delicious😋 I am very satisfied. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Ningxiang.
