"I recently had a wonderful stay at The Bently Hotel and wanted to share my positive experience, especially for other solo travelers. // Safety & Peace of Mind As a female solo traveler, safety is my top priority, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The elevators require key card access to reach the guest floors, which made me feel very secure knowing that only guests could go upstairs. Additionally, the room door is equipped with a door hold/security latch, giving me extra peace of mind at night. // Perfect Location The location is incredibly convenient. It is within easy walking distance to Big C and Centralworld, making shopping and exploring so easy. There are also plenty of great local breakfast options right around the corner, so you never have to go far for a good meal. // Room & Facilities The room was spacious, fresh, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the bathroom; it was spotless and had a very intuitive layout. The water pressure in both the shower and the bidet was excellent - perfect for a refreshing soak after a long day of walking. For entertainment, the room is equipped with a Smart TV, which made it easy to watch YouTube. It also allows you to log into your own Netflix account, which is a great touch for those who want to catch up on their favorite shows. // Outstanding Service The staffs are friendly and greet you every time you come and go. I had a small incident where I thought housekeeping forgot to put bottled water. At 1am, I went down to the lobby and was met by a night shift staff who spoke fluent English. He politely explained that the water had been placed inside the fridge (instead of on the table like the previous day). He was very professional and kindly reminded me that I could simply call from the room phone next time instead of walking down. Overall, The Bently Hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and security. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!"

"The male staff member at check-in was incredibly helpful (10/10 for him!). The housekeeping staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service. The property is brand new and I highly recommend it. Just a heads-up, there's some construction happening near the hotel (not sure if it's another hotel or something else), so you might hear some noise (the rooms aren't soundproof). But overall, I was very impressed."

"Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Nana Station, with a complimentary shuttle service available as well. The front desk and bell staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As a newly opened hotel, everything felt fresh and comfortable. We stayed on Level 2, and although the area around the hotel is lively and bustling, the noise level was still very manageable and did not affect our overall comfort."

"I love the bed so much. It is super comfortable, soft and clean. I have a deep rest nights. The staff are professional and super friendly, they have helped me carry luggage during my trip return :) There are still some walking distance of about 10 minutes to the nearest BTS. This is a bit far. But to those who enjoy Pratunam Market, night market and food stalls, this is the strategic location as the nice food stalls are surrounding."

"I used this hotel for an overnight stay before an early morning flight from Suvarnabhumi. It's super convenient, literally just a 15-minute drive from the airport, and Robinson's and the night market (with its evening food stalls) are right across the street. I'd highly recommend it even for a layover, as you still get a taste of Thailand. The room was clean and very comfortable. However, be aware that there's no partition between the shower and the rest of the room, so if you're not traveling solo, that might be something to consider. Also, the in-room Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the staff were quick to connect me to another network when I asked. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The moment you walk in, the pleasant aroma makes a great impression. It's newly opened this year and conveniently located right next to the airport express line. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and some of them can even speak Chinese. One particular young man provided excellent Chinese service and was incredibly enthusiastic and detail-oriented. Facilities: There are many 7-Eleven stores, snack stalls, and local specialty shops nearby. Hygiene: Very clean, even a clean freak would approve. Environment: The decor has a Japanese-inspired minimalist and comfortable style. The mattress is very soft, and I slept wonderfully. Service: 👍 No words needed."

"The hotel is located in an alley, so it's quite a walk to get out. The 7-Eleven is across the road outside the alley, and you have to go a long way around to cross the street, which is inconvenient, especially since Bangkok is so hot. Laundry facilities are also not readily available. It's relatively close to CentralWorld, about 900 meters away, but walking there in the heat is really tough. Check-in isn't until 2 PM, and the outdoor waiting area is also a smoking area. The room itself is quite small, with a tiny, enclosed balcony that you can't access, probably less than 1 square meter."

"I was given a room on the lowest floor, facing a bunch of machines. Luckily there was no noise, but I could faintly smell gasoline, possibly coming from the equipment. The shower requires standing in the bathtub without a mat, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this room type for families with elderly people or children. On the positive side, they were very generous with bottled water, providing 4 bottles per room daily. It's about a 300-meter walk to the MRT, which is quite convenient. There's also a Lotus supermarket at the MRT station with a good selection of goods, and prices are much cheaper than 7-Eleven."

"The hotel is clean and quite spacious. You can also order food delivery. A 1000 baht deposit is required at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out. It's less than a 10-minute ride to the MRT station."
