"We decided to give this hotel a try for a short getaway in Bangkok, and overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few things worth noting before booking. The hotel is located near the Pratunam shopping district, making it convenient for those planning to spend time shopping. However, do expect a bit of walking to reach the main shopping area. It's also within walking distance of the Airport Rail Link, which is a convenient option if you're travelling to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport without taking a taxi. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is that it is relatively new, so the facilities are modern and well maintained. Everything still feels fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. Housekeeping was also consistent throughout our stay, and the room was kept clean and tidy every day. There are a few convenience stores nearby. While there's a Tops Daily close to the hotel, I'd recommend walking a little further to the nearest 7-Eleven, which offers a much wider selection of food, drinks, and daily essentials. One thing to be aware of is the nightlife directly opposite the hotel. There's a bar that can get quite lively, with live music often continuing until around 2–3 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, this may affect your stay. To the hotel's credit, the staff were very helpful and immediately offered to move us to another room. We were fortunate to be relocated to a corner room facing away from the bar, which significantly reduced the noise and allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. However, during peak occupancy, room availability may be limited, so it's not always possible to completely avoid the noise. Another point to note is that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service to nearby BTS stations or the Airport Rail Link. If you plan to travel to the airport by train or require transportation, you'll need to arrange and pay for it separately. Overall, this is a good value hotel with modern facilities, clean rooms, and friendly, responsive staff. If you don't mind a short walk to nearby attractions and transportation, it's a solid choice. However, if you're particularly sensitive to noise, I'd recommend requesting a room facing away from the bar when making your reservation for a more comfortable stay. I would rate this as a medium tier experience and would only recommend only if you do not mind the noise."

"Excellent! The hotel is brand new, and the lobby is wonderfully cool. The room was incredibly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There are plenty of restaurants, massage places, and convenience stores nearby. Book it, you won't regret it!"

"Excellent location! It's super close to Pratunam Market, only about a five-minute walk. There's also a food street right downstairs. Plus, there are always tuk-tuks lined up next door, ready to take you wherever you need to go. The staff is great; there's always someone at the entrance 24/7 to help you open the door and carry your luggage. The water pressure is good, but it's not very hot (though it's an acceptable temperature). The showerhead hose is a bit short but still convenient to use. For some reason, there's a strange smell in the room. It's especially noticeable when the AC is first turned on, but it does fade after a while. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every day!"

"Really impressed with this hotel, especially considering the price. It feels brand new, everything was clean, and the room was comfortable with all the basics I needed. The staff were also genuinely friendly and welcoming I also liked having Sunny Side Up Steak & Bar in the hotel. It's open all day, so grabbing breakfast, lunch, or dinner couldn't have been easier. The location is another big plus. Robinson Lifestyle Mall is literally next door, so there are loads of shops, restaurants and cafés just a few steps away. Getting to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport was easy too, only about a 15-minute drive. The only downside was the soundproofing from the corridor. You could hear quite a bit of noise from outside the room, especially the elevator's beeping whenever it ordered, which became a bit annoying. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but better sound insulation would definitely make the stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best value airport hotels I've stayed at, and I'd happily stay here again."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Bangkok and this hotel fully deserves a five-star review! The front desk and all reception staff offered exceptional service, they were extremely polite, meticulous and careful during check-in, and patient and thoughtful throughout all communications. The housekeeping service was impeccable, with timely and thorough cleaning. Staff were always on call and responded promptly to every request we had, with fantastic efficiency. The hotel is fully equipped with complete facilities. All appliances, bathroom fixtures and public areas are well-maintained, delivering an extremely comfortable living experience. The overall service is professional and thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Facilities: There's a safe and a fridge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: It's located within a residential area, so it's very quiet. There's only one elevator, so don't cut it too close when you're leaving. Also, there were indeed ants on the wall by the bed, which is a bit of an issue. 500 THB cash deposit."

"Absolutely amazing value for money! The hotel is very clean, modern, and looks much more premium than you would expect for this price. Honestly, it’s hard to find a better option in Bangkok in this area. The metro station is only about a 3-minute walk away, and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the street, which is extremely convenient. On the ground floor, there is always free coffee, as well as a microwave and a comfortable dining area where you can eat food ordered through Grab or bought from 7-Eleven. We stayed on the 21st floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Bangkok looks especially beautiful at night—the city lights and skyline create an incredible atmosphere. It was a real “wow” moment every time we looked out of the window. The hotel is fresh, stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. For this price, it exceeded all our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The hotel room was huge! The staff even upgraded me to a larger room for free!!! There's a night market nearby, and two 7-Eleven stores, which is super convenient! Highly recommend! Park, one of the hotel staff, was very polite and provided excellent service! Great value for money!!!"

"Great stay! A little bit out of the city center but close enough to Siam Square. Loved how quiet everything is since it's not at the main road. Never had problems booking grab and the room is big enough for me and my friend who each have 1 checked in luggage and 1 hand carry luggage. Shower had options for a normal one and rain shower head. Temperature was easy to adjust as well. Loved the corner with the table and refrigerator. Wasn't able to request for a room clean up since we were always at a rush leaving but on our second to the last day, staff knocked to give us a fresh set of towels and to change the garbage bags in the toilet and in the room. We initially didn't book our rooms with breakfast but decided on our last day to eat there. We just had to pay 190 THB each at the restaurant and then we were able to access the buffet spread. For fangirls, this hotel is around 20-40 mins car ride away from Impact Arena. A deposit of 500 THB was requested upon check in which was returned during check out. We were also able to leave our luggages after check out while we roam around before our flight. Will definitely rebook this hotel in my next trips!"
