"This is an ordinary hotel with a super five-star standard! The front desk service is friendly, the facilities are just right, and the hotel pays super attention to details. It's definitely worth coming back to! The location is right next to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, you can't find a better spot!! If I had to mention a small flaw, it would be that there's only one coffee machine at breakfast, which is too few! I suggest the owner buy another coffee machine 😊"

"Once again in Shenyang, I didn't hesitate to choose to stay at Park Inn by Radisson (Shenyang Station Taiyuan Street First Affiliated Hospital Branch). Regarding the hotel's location and surrounding environment: As I work and live in Beijing, I need to consider the distance and travel time to Shenyang Station or Shenyang North Station after checking out. A taxi ride from the hotel to either high-speed rail station is about three to four kilometers and takes less than 20 minutes, which perfectly meets my personal travel needs. The hotel itself is located in Heping District, already in the city center of Shenyang, and is only about 1.3 kilometers from Shenyang's iconic street, Youth Street. Downstairs, there are Starbucks, Cotti Coffee, KFC, and numerous dining options for guests, making it very convenient for eating and traveling. The hotel also offers intelligent robot delivery for food orders to guest rooms, greatly satisfying the needs of different guests. Regarding the hotel's internal facilities and check-in experience: Upon entering the lobby, it was spacious and bright. Several front desk staff members were graceful in their words and actions, and their attitudes were respectful. Even while waiting to check in, they offered services like pouring tea, water, and helping with luggage. For the hotel elevators, since guests stay on higher floors above the 20th, the elevators operate smoothly without a strong sense of impact. The large cabins do not cause discomfort to guests due to increased passenger load, and the waiting time for an elevator never exceeds 30 seconds. The elevator hall is located in the center of each floor, and each floor has clear room number signs to guide guests to their rooms quickly. There are also several housekeeping staff members on each floor who can resolve any issues guests may encounter promptly. The 19th floor is a public area with a restaurant, laundry room, gym, and a conference room that can accommodate over 100 people, fully meeting the needs of various types of guests. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy, offering a buffet with freshly prepared Chinese and Western dishes. The taste and portion sizes of the food are of a high standard for hotels in the same category. Stir-fries, various pasta dishes, grains, beverages, desserts, etc., are all available, satisfying the needs of different ethnicities and dietary cultures. There are 6 fully automatic washing machines, each disinfected and cleaned after every wash, which alleviates guests' concerns about hygiene when doing laundry away from home. The fitness equipment in the gym, such as treadmills, bicycles, and elliptical trainers, also meets the self-discipline needs of fitness enthusiasts. The adjacent conference room, which can accommodate over 100 people, is very suitable for company year-end summaries, employee skills training, small exhibitions, and various types of large, medium, and small meetings. The space is very large and can fully maximize the multifunctional use of the conference room. Regarding the guest rooms, I stayed in a king-size bed room. Upon entering the room, I didn't smell any unpleasant odors, but rather a pleasant scent, which I was very satisfied with, as I previously had a terrible experience at another hotel where the cleaning was not timely, and I could still smell mold upon check-in. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff ensured timely replacement, disinfection, and cleaning after every check-out. The toiletries were all brand new and unopened, provided in sufficient quantities for guests. The central air conditioning fan noise was very quiet, and temperature control was convenient and appropriate. Since I stayed on a high floor, even with the windows, I couldn't hear noise from street vehicles. The entire hotel is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, so there's no need to worry about communication for work or entertainment needs on mobile phones, tablets, computers, and mirrored wall-mounted TVs. The above is my experience after two stays totaling 4 nights. After comparing hotels of similar price in Shenyang, I still consider Park Inn by Radisson my first choice when visiting Shenyang for business or leisure. Although it's a newly opened hotel, it's evident that the hotel's management and operational philosophy are backed by an experienced, knowledgeable, practical, and responsible team. I will also recommend Park Inn by Radisson to my friends, so they can experience the charm and excellent service of this hotel. "Great location and the staff were really warm and patient. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but the details could use some improvement. First, my key card didn't work to open the door. Then, the sink was leaking underneath, so whenever I used water, the floor would flood. After that, I noticed the counter next to the sink was actually lower than the sink itself, so everything on the counter ended up sitting in water. Finally, the outlet panel by the bed was loose."

"This hotel is brand new, having just opened this year, and is located right next to Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It's incredibly clean with all-new facilities. They have a small parking lot in the back, though the entrance is a bit narrow, which might be tricky for larger vehicles. However, there are plenty of parking spaces available. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us some complimentary candy as a souvenir. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the 'Little Forbidden City,' with Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence just another ten minutes further, making it very convenient for sightseeing."

"My stay at Manxin Mansion, Shenyang Middle Street Forbidden City, was absolutely perfect! Let's start with the cleanliness – the guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, with not a speck of dust in the corners, bathrooms, or on the bedding. There were no hairs or strange odors. The restaurant tables were also cleaned regularly, and the cutlery was sparkling. As someone with germophobia, I felt completely at ease. The breakfast was definitely a pleasant surprise. It offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, including local specialties like Shenyang chicken racks and freshly made bone broth noodles. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great. They replenished items quickly, and the dining hours from 7 AM to 11 AM were very convenient. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Ms. Bu Kun. She was incredibly gentle and patient, checked me in efficiently, and proactively reminded me about afternoon tea and late-night snacks. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. This hotel is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Shenyang!"
