"Having only been open for three months, the hotel's overall operations are still in a 'breaking-in' phase, and I encountered several minor issues during my stay. However, the duty Guest Service Manager, Ms. Tu, handled everything with professional efficiency and expertise. She was quick to respond, provided comprehensive and appropriate solutions, and communicated with patience and attention to detail. She immediately addressed my concerns and effectively resolved all problems.
Manager Tu demonstrated exceptional service awareness and a strong ability to think on her feet, showcasing outstanding professionalism. Even during the new hotel's transitional period, she remained composed, clearly defined responsibilities, and used her professional service to compensate for any shortcomings, significantly enhancing my stay. I would like to extend my sincere praise to Ms. Tu and wish the hotel continued improvement in its operations."

"This time, the ** live broadcast accidentally brushed the mentality of staying with a try. I feel that the facilities are very good. I am afraid that there will be a taste when I just opened. There is basically no 🙂↔️, especially the front desk guy has a strong ability to solve problems with modest service and actively help solve needs. Like him 👍 The waiter on the slightly shorter floor answered questions enthusiastically and praised 👍 but the details need to continue to be improved."

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location right inside the scenic area, which was incredibly convenient. There's a cozy bar on-site, a dessert shop next door, and a plethora of delicious food and snacks all around. What truly impressed us was the excellent service. One night, around 11 PM, I went to do laundry, but the washing machine in front of me hadn't finished yet. The staff member offered to help me wash my clothes and then transfer them to the dryer for me. When our food delivery arrived at different times, the hotel staff promptly brought it up to our room. There are also complimentary drinks within the hotel, which our kids absolutely loved. We took a taxi to the scenic area, and the hotel provided free shuttle service for our return. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shaoxing – it will definitely make your trip even better!"
