"My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jiaxing Hangzhou Bay Suites, an IHG hotel, really exceeded my expectations! Let me share my genuine thoughts:
First off, the room is incredibly spacious. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout is super practical. I was staying with a friend; she could watch TV in the bedroom while I worked in the living room, and we didn't bother each other at all. The walk-in closet and mini-bar design are great bonuses – there's plenty of space for luggage and other items, so even for a longer stay, things wouldn't feel cluttered.
The bed was genuinely comfortable! The mattress had just the right firmness, the pillows were nice, and coupled with good soundproofing, I barely heard any outside noise. Even as a light sleeper, I got a great night's rest. The ambient lighting by the bed is a thoughtful touch; no more fumbling for light switches in the dark if you get up at night.
I have to praise the bathroom! The wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, so showering doesn't get water everywhere. There's also a large bathtub, which is super relaxing for a soak. The toiletries and hairdryer are good quality, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean – not a single water stain on the marble countertop, which was very pleasant to see.
The view is absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling window looks directly out onto the sea. Watching boats come and go during the day and the sunset in the evening, just sitting by the window and zoning out, is incredibly therapeutic. The room gets fantastic natural light during the day, making it great for photos too.
The internet is fast; streaming and video calls were seamless, so business travelers can rest assured. The bar area allows for simple coffee making or instant noodles, which is very convenient.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and vacations with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!"
"The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, the quilt is very light to sleep on. I asked and was told that it was a goose down quilt made by the boss at a high price. I asked how much it cost, and the manager said the cost was too high, at least less than 2,000. So I might as well just come here for free on a business trip, haha."
"There were many mosquitoes in the room at night, and the windows didn't have screens. Electric mosquito coils required a 20 yuan deposit, and the room deposit was 100 yuan. They also asked for three cleanings. The cleaning lady was really something else; she took away all my towels, bath towels, and trash bags without replacing them, and didn't even provide toiletries. I had spent the day at a client's place and was sweating profusely. I was just about to take a shower, my hair was already wet, when I suddenly realized there were no bath towels! How surprising! I called the front desk, and they moved me to the next room. Then, when I showered, I found that the shampoo and shower gel were almost empty, so I had to fill them with water. I'm speechless. The cleaning lady was terrible! I don't understand how such a nice hotel could hire such a business-minded cleaning lady. Did she get the job through connections? The next day, after checking out, customer service called to ask where the bath towels and hand towels in the room were. What? Did they really think I took them and weren't going to refund my deposit? I already told your staff. Don't they even hand over information between shifts? I will never choose this hotel again. Seriously, after staying in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've encountered such a troublesome hotel. As for the positive review, it's because you didn't charge me tax when you issued the invoice."
"This time I took the elderly, children and puppies to stay in the manor hotel that just opened in April. The overall experience is particularly good! The homestay is pet-friendly, you can travel with your dog at ease, no extra restrictions, all aspects are particularly intimate ~ The environment is comfortable and quiet, the layout is reasonable ~ Small problems encountered during the stay, the staff responded super fast, and the processing was timely and in place. In particular, I should praise Yang Cheng, the operation manager, who is handsome and enthusiastic, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the whole process is patient and caring, and responsive. The overall price is super high, the service is warm, the environment is livable, it is very suitable for families to travel with pets, it has been included in the repurchase list, and I will choose this one next time I travel. I really recommend it to everyone..."
"The room is very new, belonging to the type of rural hotel, the hotel staff service is also in place, very warm and thoughtful, the parent-child paradise is not in the same place where you live, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk, the hotel staff can pick up the car, very thoughtful, but walk do not have a view, There are no vehicles on the road, and the green wheat fields on the roadside are very pleasing to the eye. Special praise is that the food at the hotel's Yuye restaurant is very delicious.
Also, there are some suggestions to mention:
1. The sound insulation of the hotel is a bit poor, but it is still very quiet late at night;
2. The transparent glass design of the hotel's bathroom feels a bit tasteless, even if the family feels at least a frosted one;
3. As a hotel, the room should still be equipped with a phone. The front desk consultation and points are convenient. The main hotel does not have an elevator. Although it is on the 3rd floor, it is very difficult to climb up and down.
Breakfast is delicious, but there are too few types.
In short, it is a quiet and good parent-child holiday place.
Hope it gets better"
