"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel management, environment, and facilities urgently need significant improvement. For instance, having to climb up just to turn the air conditioning on or off in the room is unacceptable. I also suggest the hotel coordinate with the local government to get the streetlights near the property turned on."

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese. The freshly made noodles were delicious, and the coffee was rich and aromatic. The only minor drawback was the slightly longer wait for the elevators, especially during peak morning hours. When checking out, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and helped store my luggage, maintaining excellent service throughout. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city and highly recommend it to anyone who values good sleep quality and service. Just remember to book in advance, as prices can fluctuate during peak season."

The room was bright and airy with excellent ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was perfectly firm, providing a very relaxing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; noise from the hallway and outside was virtually inaudible, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, a stable and ample supply of hot water, and all necessary toiletries were provided—the attention to detail was very thoughtful. Whether for leisure or business travel, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!"

"A hidden gem of a guesthouse in Hailuogou, maximizing your mountain romance! This guesthouse I chose on my trip to Hailuogou completely doubled my happiness! I was immediately amazed upon arrival. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. In the morning sunlight, the distant peaks were bathed in a golden glow; every snapshot was wallpaper-worthy. The food at the guesthouse was exceptional. Breakfast was a refined set meal, with perfectly balanced porridge, soup, and mixed grain side dishes. The ingredients were fresh and comforting. In the evening, we enjoyed a whole roasted lamb, its crispy skin and tender interior irresistible, dipped in a secret sauce—it was so delicious I couldn't stop eating. The terrace area was my absolute favorite. Elegant tables and chairs, a cup of tea, music, and the distant mountain views made time seem to slow down. Even more delightful were the guesthouse's thoughtful details. For a friend's birthday, they decorated with pink balloons, creating a truly special atmosphere. The service was exceptionally attentive. From check-in guidance to travel suggestions, the staff were patient, meticulous, and responsive, providing thoughtful and efficient service. It's perfect for couples or small gatherings with friends – highly recommended! During my stay in Hailuogou, I spent my days visiting glaciers and my evenings relaxing in the hot springs at my guesthouse. The tranquility of the mountains and the healing feeling of being far removed from the city's hustle and bustle were perfectly embodied here.
