You first need to store your shoes at the hot spring to retrieve your wristband, then go up to the third-floor guest room area. No toiletries or towels are provided in the room; it's assumed you shower downstairs. When I asked the third-floor guest room reception, they said there's no shower in the room and you have to go downstairs. The hot spring reception staff said the same thing, adding that the water in the room is quite cold and you can shower downstairs anytime. But have they considered parents with children of the opposite sex? Basically, it's like you play in the hot spring, shower, and then go back to your room to sleep. Overall, it's alright, passable if you can manage."
