Their service was warm and attentive throughout, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in – especially wonderful with children. The housekeeping auntie was also very responsible! The room was spotless, the bed was neatly made and clean, the cups were well-sanitized, and toiletries were fully replenished. There were no hidden spots missed during cleaning, even in corners and crevices. After cleaning, they would thoughtfully organize our belongings and replenish drinking water daily. The attention to detail was exceptional, making our stay comfortable and worry-free! The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the bedding is comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. Such excellent service is a testament to every diligent and responsible employee. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay and recommend it to my friends!"

"寵物友好酒店環境還能這麼好絕了。 對菏澤這個城市的好感度絕對是up up up,然後酒店的服務也挺不錯的，然後早飯也還行。嗯，當然啦，到了菏澤你肯定得喝點羊肉湯和品嚐品嚐牛肉壯饃對吧，所以説早飯有的吃就行了，咱也不講究，要吃好的可以上外面。但是，酒店的環境和服務設施衞生都是挺不錯，服務也不錯。而且才100多！！！本來我是不敢住100多的酒店的，然後實在是特殊情況，帶了寵物狗，所以沒有辦法，但是沒想到最後還是特別驚喜的，然後給這個酒店必須得是一個超級五星大好評，然後菏澤歡迎大家，人少景也美，人也好。然後同樣的第2天，我們去了淄博，也是住的寵物友好酒店，結果不僅要加200塊錢的這個寵物的清理費用，而且酒店800多一個晚上，我感覺比這個沒有好到哪裡去。"
