Traveling with three kids means a lot of luggage, so this gesture instantly felt amazing! 👍 The service was genuinely thoughtful and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the staff even delivered a small fruit and snack platter to our room. We chose the 2.4-meter view deluxe king room, which is perfect for families. Our family of five comfortably slept on one large bed – it wasn't crowded, the space was generous, the bedding was comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing. After a tiring day exploring Sailimu Lake, we slept incredibly soundly at night. This room type is fantastic value for family trips. The hotel also offers an exclusive bonfire party in the evening, which has a wonderfully lively atmosphere. Adults and children can all join in, singing and dancing together, truly immersing ourselves in the local ethnic culture of the area. There's a gym next to the laundry room on the first floor, and my kids would always pop in to play for a bit when we went down to do laundry – it has all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel. What I was most, most satisfied with was the breakfast: a wide variety of exquisite dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, plus local specialties. We all enjoyed it, and the kids particularly loved the baursak (fried dough) with blueberry jam. Starting the day with such a satisfying breakfast made exploring Sailimu Lake even more enjoyable. Located right next to the Sailimu Lake Tourist Center, the hotel offers incredibly convenient access to Sailimu Lake. The surrounding views of the lake, snow-capped mountains, and grasslands are breathtaking, like a picturesque painting, making every casual photo a masterpiece. Overall, this entire stay, from start to finish, featured attentive service, comfortable rooms, exquisite breakfast, complete facilities, and an unbeatable location. "This hotel is conveniently located very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, situated in a lively small town with plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is available right outside. The room decor is adorable and perfect for families with kids, featuring two levels and two large beds. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, with a convenient dry/wet separation downstairs. There's also a balcony overlooking an artificial lake. Upstairs, there's a skylight – I didn't get to see the stars, but it definitely brightened up the room in the morning, waking me up! They initially assigned us the wrong room, but it was quickly rectified, and we even received some welcome fruit. Breakfast was just average."

"I chose this hotel when I went to Saihu. The breakfast was rich. However, there was no microwave, which I hope would be improved to meet guest needs. I stayed there for two nights. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it was still quiet. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There was no luggage cart, and no one in the lobby to help with luggage. It is not convenient for the elderly."
