"We stayed at this hotel at the end of October. It had just opened, everything was new, very clean, and beautiful. There's no free beach, only a paid beach club, but there are plenty nearby, all decent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool; the atmosphere was pleasant. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and everything is there, though you need an adapter for European-style outlets. The staff generally tries hard, but some are incompetent. Upon check-in, we were told we hadn't paid for breakfast. We spent a long time arguing and sorting things out, but eventually, we managed to get our paid breakfast back with a fight. It took a long time to check us in, even though it was already past 3:00 PM. At first, they completely forgot about us, took our passports, and went on with other things. After I reminded them about us, they called us back about 20 minutes later, gave us our room number, and asked us to fill out a short form. At that moment, a man approached, demanding a change of room because he couldn't sleep because of the noise. They took a long time to sort this out because there were no available rooms. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes, and then they gave us another room... and ours was given to this man. I didn't realize it right away, but after hearing a child screaming in the room next door for five nights, starting at 6 a.m., it felt like he was screaming in our room (the room had a door leading to the next room). I think it was rude of the hotel reception staff to get out of the situation like that."
