"We weren't sure what to expect as this was out first time to this part of Spain and we weren't disappointed, the location of the hotel, although on a main road was lovely and quiet but easy access to 2 supermarkets and walking distance, although down a steep hill, to the beach. The atmosphere in the hotel was fantastic, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment on a few of our nights stay there which was very good. Our room was very clean and hd a wonderful view of the pool and the sea in the distance. The cleaners were very polite and courteous, the room was cleaned every day. We booked B&B and were very happy with the food on offer, everything you could want. It is fantastic value for money and will definitely book again."

"At first, the location on the map was taken in the middle of the health club and the car maintenance station, so everything was perfect except for embarrassment. It's a dormitory because I put a private space on a bunker bed and even a curtain to cover it, but I even felt like a private space. Maybe it was more because it wasn't full that day. First of all, the layout of the bed is very good. It's clean, there are towels, hangers, and plenty of space for hangers. There are plenty of consideration for travelers' convenience. The owner and staff smile and greet and lively. It was a pity that I only stayed for one day."

"Fantastic room very close to the beach, restaurants and a short walk to the main town. Close to Burriana beach the location is superb. The room with large double bed and very modern bathroom was excellent. Modern finish with every thing need. Cleaned daily to a very high standard. Our room had a small area outside with a bistro table and chairs where you could sit and have a coffee before you head out. Tess our host was beyond helpful. Quick to answer queries before our arrival and went above and beyond to help me with a few pre holiday problems. I cannot recommend this place enough and the care and help from Tess really was the best and we really appreciated everything she did to help us."

"Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Had everything we needed - lovely beaches close by, in the centre of everything- staff couldn’t have been nicer. Yes it could do with a bit of a freashen up but our room was cleaned daily, shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Bed very comfortable & air conditioning in the room was good. Get a sea view room, deffo worth the extra. We will be back. Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Bright, relaxing, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful terrace with mini pool , seating, tables and kitchen. I loved coming here- repeat customer- and stayed 4/5 times. However- last week I was subjected to twisted, toxic, sinister, abusive, patronizing, provoking behaviour from the manager. His nonsense started just after I checked in, which left me furious and did the opposite of what I wanted to do, which was relax. Received a WhatsApp message from him telling me to leave the room tidy - the false accusation was I'd left my room "untidy/desorganizada." Not dirty, but messy. That is a total lie. And he had no proof. And why on my 4th/5th stay would I suddenly become messy? I was barely in the room. I have worked as a chambermaid, I know very well what a messy/disgusting room can look like. He has an issue with me leaving the heating on. At night the room was cold and yet they refused even a duvet or blanket ( see photo ) that's why the heating was on. I am free to use air con/heating with no restrictions and yet that makes me messy? Any rubbish was in the bin - how is that messy? Towels can be left on the ground - I do that to show the chambermaids they were used. So I did nothing wrong and there were no signs in the room telling me to do any of what he criticized me for. He is wrong. I was right. And yet no apology, only further criticism about how I was reacting to his lies and abuse. Doubling the abuse. This is the manager of a guesthouse where I am a repeat customer!! If he treated all guests like this he´d have no guests! I was rightly upset and challenged the person writing the messages. What followed was a long, petty, demeaning and condescending exchange in which he refused to apologise and insulted me more. He had no examples, no proof, and nobody had mentioned this to me after I checked out weeks earlier. The screenshots attached show him flitting from "oh it's ok if you're tidy, that's fine" to accusing me of having rubbish everywhere and towels everywhere. He should have apologized for the upset caused, if he valued customers. Even if it had been slightly messy (it wasn't), tidying the room is not my job as a guest, it is included in the hotel price. There are no signs saying ¨tidy your room¨. I felt as if he was my mother, and I was a chid! ¨tidy your room!¨ ( obviously leaving dirt is not ok -and I didn't). The person who wrote the messages called himself "Gregorio." I emailed "Gregorio" on his private email and the generic email last Wednesday. It is now Monday of the following week and no response. This is the really twisted part; I was told by the abusive texter, that I would speak to the abuisve texter -who caled himself Gregorio - on the morning after the whats app messages were sent. But ¨Gregorio¨ was nowhere to be found, and a man called Rafael (who I am sure was the abusive texter) wanted me to talk to him instead. I asked him to read the detailed complaint emails, as he was the manager on shift, but he wo"

"It is a 5-minute drive from the Balcony of Europe and there is a free parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. The hotel room is large, but the sanitary conditions are average and there are many ants. The seaside vacation is very suitable, the Mediterranean scenery is beautiful. The front desk has a cold attitude towards tourists. The dinner buffet is not bad, 21 euros per person."

"Our third visit to this hotel and we can highly recommend staying here. We have always had one of the front rooms with a large sunny balcony. (Ask for this when booking direct to the host). Very clean and well serviced. The restaurant serves top quality meals and their lunchtime menu of the day is great value. A few staff speak and understand some English which just added to the atmosphere of this family run business. Excellent spanish hospitality and will return in the future."

"Location is fabulous! With Playa Burriana (steep walk downs and back) one side and Playa Carrabeillo to the other we were very happy. So many places to eat and drink and plenty of ships too! The local supermarket didn't feel over priced or aimed at tourists and the cafe's dotted about were great. The apartment itself is extremely dated. All furniture seems to be cast-offs, bottom draw missing in main room (only one bedside table). No full length mirror. Word of warning, the entry into the shower is rather small width way, and when using the toilet or shower keep windows shut otherwise you could end up with an audience, as it's over looked. Pool was OK, but only enough space for 3 loungers. Luckily it didn't seem anyone wanted to use it when we were, and vice versa. it's fine for a short trip. No welcome pack (not that it's expected but always nice to have some milk and coffee and a bottled water for arrival), Attention to detail could be better."
