I wish to file a formal complaint because the actual conditions of the accommodation do not match the images or description published on the platform at all. Upon arrival: • There was no receptionist or visible staff. • The place appeared abandoned or closed. • The entrance and common areas made me feel unsafe and afraid. • I believe the advertisement constitutes false advertising, as the information and photos published do not reflect reality. I request: 1. A partial or full refund of the amount paid. 2. That the accommodation listing be reviewed and, if necessary, removed for failing to meet the minimum standards of safety, customer service, and transparency. I have attached photographic evidence and a copy of the reservation as proof. I expect a prompt response to this complaint. Should I not receive one, I reserve the right to contact the appropriate consumer protection authorities. This is a SCAM! I HOPE A HEALTH INSPECTION COMES SOON!"

"This is a lovely little hotel. The beds are good, the rooms are simple and cool in this old stone building. That means a roof fan is fine and air con is not required. The garden and pool are a very relaxing place to spend time, as is the communal kitchen. Very good location, close to my favourite tapas bar La Puntilla. La Marina is also very good for seafood tapas in a local atmosphere. The owners of Hostal Lorca, Amber and Julien are lovely people and are always around and ready to help. My favourite place to stay in Nerja."

The breakfast is great and so is the breakfast room/ view. We didn’t use the pool area much because of the terrace but when we did it’s great. Everything is clean & well maintained"

"Very comfortable apartment with sea view from the balcony. Wi fi, English TV channels, well equipped kitchenette too. Very helpful owner. 2 very good restaurants nearby. Plus a cafe style bar. A supermarket 2 minutes walk up the road and a great bakery nearby too. Minutes walk from the beach. 10 mins walk along the carrabeo to the Balcon de Europa and all the shops bars and restaurants you could want. "

"Parking is not very convenient. You have to carry luggage by yourself. I don’t know how long it will take to rely on the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The town of Nerja is great, especially lively at night."

"What a beautiful location.We had a two-room apartment with large balcony and sea view. You cross the road and you are on the beach. Clean, well equipped, friendly service.the only minpoint was the sleeping bank that did some pain on the back. There is a private parking that VERY needs ivm the busy. Cost 15euro per day. I can recommend the apartment very much! You can walk to the centre of Nerja, it's a climb, about 20 minutes walk."
