The highlight of our visit was the excellent breakfast buffet, with lovely prepared from our own kitchen. That it is a hotel garni, i.e. without a private restaurant is not disturbing at all because the offer in goods is very large."

BEECH Resort Fleesensee

"We were guests at BEECH Resort Fleesensee, among other things because of the advertised free connection to the fun bathroom Aquafun Fleesensee. Unfortunately, we had to make a very frustrating experience on the site: on the site of the fun bath, there is a live excavation stick with a lighting system. When we started, it was on green. When we arrived there, he had already jumped to red – Introduce only when other guests leave the bathroom. Security reasonably understandable – organisational but poorly resolved. The result: We waited over 1.5 hours, as little visitors came out. A common entry as a family was not possible, and our minor children could not, of course, enter alone. This was not the point of the programme that was advertised for us. The hotel's reaction was particularly disappointing: we were told that this was “known on the booking pages” – otherwise there was no real understanding or any customer offer. The key points are not....It was not specifically about a refund. A small sign like an invitation to breakfast next morning or a piece of cake would have been completely enough. Instead, the situation was overcome as a personal disgrace of the guests. Concluded: If a hotel is casting with services that are not realisticly reliable, then it should be communicated transparently. And if something like this happens, I expect at least a minimum service culmination. Whoever values reliability and customer-oriented handling should consider well whether this resort is the right choice."

"Very clean, nice rooms with balcony and nice staff. Pleasent sorroundings. Just 500m from the harbour and a lot of restaurants. Parking garage in the same building as the hotel. We did not have time to visit the spa."

"- Food is dirty (salad is not washed for example) - Food for kids are mainly fried - Vegetables are frozen ones - Adult dinner starts at 7.30pm, very late if you have small kids to put to sleep. - dresscode not adhered to, no dinner! It happens to my husband as he was wearing an appropriate short. We were on holidays in summer, what do they expect? - staff is overwhelmed cause understaffed so service is not that good Overall not worth it and things will not change as other reviews are similar."
