Während einer Anfrage am Morgen nach unserer Anreise an der Rezeption wurde ich als Rollkomando bezeichnet. Uns wurde das falsche Zi. zugewiesen. Während eines völlig unprofessionellen Verhaltens einer Hotel-MA/in wurde uns klar gesagt. Dann fahren sie doch nach Hause! Diese Ansage haben wir bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt schon gesagt bekommen. Eigentlich hatten wir gehofft, daß so etwas ein einmaliger verbaler Ausrutscher war. Leider nicht. Das Appartement ist auch in keinem guten Zustand, gemessen an dem extremen Preis. Alte verwohntes Mobiliar, Deckenbeleuchtung defekt. Funzeliges Licht im Bad. Der Preis ist völlig ungerechtfertigt. Zimmerreinigung wird in dem Hotel nur auf bitte der Gäste durchgeführt. Ohne vorherige Info an die Gäste. Seit Corona wird der Zimmerservice nicht mehr regelmäßig täglich durchgeführt. Wie ist sowas überhaupt vertretbar.

Das ist ein Ponyhof am Rande der Welt. Das Personal direkt an der Rezeption barsch und unfreundlich. Jugendherbergscharakter. Kleine Zimmer, Betten durchgelegen. Kopfkissen mit Kaufangebot (?). Bäder renoviert, allerdings in den oberen Etagen Badewanne mit Handbrause und Duschvorhang, unter einer Schräge. Kopffreiheit beim Duschen nur gegeben, wenn man die Nische des Veluxfensters nutzt. Zimmer selbst in die Jahre gekommen. Täglicher Handtuchwechsel nur möglich, wenn über die Homepage am Nachmittag zuvor eine Zimmerreinigung beantragt wird. Nicht anfragen oder reklamieren an der Rezeption, sonst ärgert sich die Dame wieder!!!! Ebikes können in einem total überfüllten offenen Schuppen hinter dem Stall ohne Lademöglichkeiten untergestellt werden😳. Bitte verlieren Sie keine Schlüssel, sonst werden Sie barsch aufgefordert, so lange zu suchen , bis Sie ihn wiederfinden!!! Das Personal im Restaurant ist freundlich, wahrscheinlich, weil alle Servicekräfte angestellt sind. Frühstück ist gut. Abendessen ist super. Kleine Karte, aber sehr gut.

Ein nettes Hotel mit ganz viel Landschaft herum. Besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Besonders für Pferdeliebhaber. Eine kleine Badebucht direkt am Hotel läd zum Planschen ein. Schon am frühen Morgen jagen zig Schwalben ihr Frühstück nach. In derfür Radfahrten günstigen Gegend kann man viele Kraniche beobachten.
