"The room glass is broken and they don't clean it properly. They just roughly spread out the blanket, change the towels, and take out the trash can. It's a hotel where they are not friendly enough for a 3-star hotel. I saw people smoking in every space, even in the elevator. They don't manage that at all. In other rooms, people smoke with the door open and it's noisy until late at night, but they don't manage it and the water pressure is weak. I don't recommend it to people who don't smoke. They said they accept foreigners, but when I actually got there, the staff didn't know what to do, and it was raining so they wouldn't even lend me an umbrella. It's really not good for the price."

"I extended my stay and went out to run errands before noon, asking the front desk to clean my room and change the sheets. When I returned around 2 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. When I asked why, the front desk said they hadn't cleaned my floor yet and I'd have to wait. They also said they didn't have any sheets or duvet covers available and they wouldn't be ironed until after 4 PM. Does such a large hotel not even have spare sheets? And why does cleaning have to wait until 1:30 PM for everyone to be cleaned at once?! The hotel service needs improvement!"
