When I asked why, the front desk said they hadn't cleaned my floor yet and I'd have to wait. They also said they didn't have any sheets or duvet covers available and they wouldn't be ironed until after 4 PM. Does such a large hotel not even have spare sheets? And why does cleaning have to wait until 1:30 PM for everyone to be cleaned at once?! The hotel service needs improvement!"
