The hotel is relatively quiet and has its own parking. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and proactively helped us with our luggage. The location is also convenient, within walking distance to the viewpoint. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, and the fried eggs were delicious 😋. A special mention goes to the fact that you can ask for more water if you run out; my friend stayed at the cave hotel next door and they only provided water for one day.

The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and gracious, kindly allowing us an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which we deeply appreciated as we arrived earlier than expected. Their thoughtfulness immediately set the tone for a seamless and pleasant stay. Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Special thanks to the chef, Maryam, whose kindness and gentle nature made the dining experience even more delightful. Her warmth, dedication, and personal touch were truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully appointed with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary beverages such as mineral and sparkling water 🥤—a refined detail that elevated the overall experience. Without question, this is one of the finest places to stay in Cappadocia. It is especially ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat—no children, no noise, just tranquility and breathtaking views. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly a must-stay when visiting Cappadocia.

Overall, it was pretty good. The only downside was the loud music from the hotel next door at night, which affected our rest since we had an early morning hot air balloon ride. The music was still playing when we went to bed after 10 PM. The service was quite good, breakfast was excellent, and we even received a surprise gift before leaving.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. This is a truly wonderful hotel 🏨. While it's located a bit high up, making access to Göreme town center a bit challenging, the views are absolutely stunning, making it well worth the effort! The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Turkish dishes, and you can also order menemen, omelets, and scrambled eggs. In the mornings, the terrace is open to guests to watch and photograph the hot air balloons. Besides the terrace in front of the reception, there's another spot where you can calmly enjoy the balloons and take photos. Coffee and tea are available at the reception area. The photo opportunities can get crowded, but if you find the queue isn't moving, the staff managing it are helpful in ensuring a smooth flow for taking pictures. The room was comfortable; I stayed in a family suite this time. It was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The bathtub in the room was also excellent! The only minor drawback is that due to the cave-like nature of the room, mobile phone signals were nonexistent, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, requiring me to leave the room to use the internet.

Facilities: The bathtub in the room is superb, not only big but also with massage function. It is very cool to take a bath after playing around the town. Hygienic: OK, after all, it is a stone house, you can't ask for too much Environment: It is very close to the love garden of watching the hot air balloon. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. It is also within walking distance to the most central and observation deck of the town. Service: You can book the car to Kaisai Airport directly through the hotel. The price is relatively affordable on time. The staff service is very warm and the English is very smooth. If the breakfast is late, there is really nothing to eat.

Goreme Treasure Cave Hotel | Aza gets rave reviews, great value for money! This hotel is a sister property to Sultan Cave Suites, sharing facilities, but Aza offers significantly better value! The rooms are larger, have better views, and even come with their own pools. Crucially, it's much quieter than Sultan – Sultan's front-facing rooms can be noisy due to the restaurant and bar, whereas Aza is completely peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you value quiet, this is the place to be. (Sometimes you can hear hallway noise when people enter the room next door, but overall it's quiet. However, the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous, with the scrambled eggs and beef being a must-try. The food is plentiful and satisfying. If you want to see the hot air balloon sunrise, you can head directly to Sultan's observation deck for photos – you get the best of both worlds. The hotel's recommended excursions are a bit pricey; I suggest booking through a restaurant owner in town for much better deals. The SPA experience was a wonderful surprise – professional techniques and just the right amount of pressure. It offers far better value than other places in town and is my top pick for relaxation. What was most heartwarming was that my non-refundable booking dropped in price upon arrival, and Trip.com proactively refunded the difference. The hotel even upgraded me for free to a suite with a fireplace! A staff member kindly helped chop wood and start the fire. Listening to the sound of wood chopping in the courtyard and watching the warm glow of the fire in the room truly enhanced the cave accommodation experience – it was unforgettable. The cave room was very comfortable, the pool view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was perfect. If you're coming to Goreme, you can't go wrong with this place!

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.

The most important thing about hotels in Cappadocia is that their names are easy to remember and pronounce, like this one, because you'll need the hotel name for airport transfers and booking activities. This hotel is several hundred meters from the main street. If you're sensitive to the sun, it's more comfortable to drive here. The surroundings are all fields with few bends, so you won't crash. The hotel has its own free and easy-to-park parking lot. That's why we rented a car the next day near Panda Spicy Hotpot and just paid extra to return it at the airport. I regret not renting one as soon as we landed. The rooftop serves a standard Western breakfast, and you can see the hot air balloons, but we had already left when they took off, so we didn't get many photos from the roof. If you wake up early, the hotel also offers an animal wake-up service, though not with wild animals. In my room, the bathroom drain had a sewage smell. It wasn't a big issue if I kept the door closed and the fan on, but I still hope the hotel pays attention to cleaning it.
