First off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Out of all the places I stayed in Turkey, this breakfast was by far the best – hands down! I genuinely regretted only staying for one night. I stayed in a cave hotel room, and it didn't feel cramped at all; in fact, the room was really warm. It was spacious, the room condition was excellent, and the view was even pretty. All the drinks in the room are complimentary, so feel free to enjoy them. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the staff weren't as friendly compared to other places, and there's no luggage service to your room.

The room was absolutely beautiful. I noticed a lot of Chinese guests staying here after I arrived. The service was genuinely excellent. If you have large luggage, definitely ask the staff to help you with it. The service was super good. You can book hot air balloon rides, horse riding, ATVs, and various other activities through the staff. If you have WeChat, remember to add them!

The service at Sah Saray Cave Suites was also exceptional. The staff were extremely warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and were always ready to assist with recommendations, transport arrangements, and anything else we needed. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. Another huge advantage of the hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently within walking distance to the centre of Göreme Town Centre, making it very easy to explore local restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions without needing transport all the time. Overall, Sah Saray Cave Suites is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cappadocia. With its gorgeous scenery, authentic cave-style rooms, excellent service, and convenient location, it truly made our trip special and memorable.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

Considering it is a 3-star property, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I requested for a cave room with a window, which was definitely the right choice—it made the space feel much fresher and ensured great ventilation, so it didn't feel damp or stuffy at all. The layout and style were truly unique and interesting. Also, the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! However, the facilities are quite dated. The biggest issue was the water supply: it was very difficult to adjust the temperature for both the taps and the shower. The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had to wait for a very long time before it finally heated up enough to use comfortably. On the service side, the regular staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always polite. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager. During our stay, we had an issue with our luggage and asked the hotel for assistance. Instead of helping or showing any willingness to resolve the problem, the manager was uncooperative and rude. He provided misleading information and told us to call the police but threatened us that if is not the hotel's fault, he will sue us instead, what's worse is that he threatened we would not be able to leave Cappadocia due to the investigation. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. In short, the room and location are okay for the price, but be prepared for inconsistent hot water and, more worryingly, very poor and threatening behavior from the male manager if you ever need help.

Facilities: The bathtub in the room is superb, not only big but also with massage function. It is very cool to take a bath after playing around the town. Hygienic: OK, after all, it is a stone house, you can't ask for too much Environment: It is very close to the love garden of watching the hot air balloon. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. It is also within walking distance to the most central and observation deck of the town. Service: You can book the car to Kaisai Airport directly through the hotel. The price is relatively affordable on time. The staff service is very warm and the English is very smooth. If the breakfast is late, there is really nothing to eat.

It was winter so we couldn't go up to the roof, and unfortunately the view was obstructed by construction on the rocks in front of us. However, the hotel dog was cute. A cat came into the room, and it smelled a bit.

This was a wonderful hotel! The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It was so lovely to be comforted by the cats and dogs at the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, even helping me book my overnight bus. They kindly held my luggage after check-out and even let me use the terrace and reception area, which made my trip incredibly fulfilling. I would love to stay here again!
