"It was a very clean hotel.
It even had a bathtub, which is rare. The hot water was good, so I was able to soak in the bath.
I don't think this was the hotel's fault, but unfortunately, I had a mosquito bite. The hotel sprayed insecticide and offered to change rooms if I wanted.
They were very accommodating."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new, everything is fresh, clean and tidy. Everything is convenient.
We had the best room - on the 5th floor, a suite with a huge terrace overlooking the lake and mountains, we enjoyed the view!
The staff is very welcoming, friendly and ready to help with everything: THE BEST!:)
On the first day of arrival there was a terrible downpour and wind, it was scary, everything on our beautiful veranda was blown in different directions, as soon as the downpour ended, we went for a walk in the city, when we returned: the staff had already cleaned everything up so that there were not even wet marks or any consequences of the downpour and hurricane: this is service! Cool!!!
The breakfast is delicious: the choice is not that big, but everything that is available is edible and very tasty! We ate everything we picked to try :) the only downside is that there is no normal coffee, only packaged coffee (
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - the best of my trip to Nepal, where I changed 4 hotels and 3 lodges.
IIvanThe hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.
VVicky59This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.
MMolly RoseUnbeatable view in Pokhara! So relaxing and peaceful. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff are so kind and attentive, food and drinks are also great. This is the perfect relaxing retreat
GGuest UserIt’s a nice pretty hotel fronting the Phewa Lake . The breakfast was superb , they do the muesli really well , the granola & fruits etc , the Harbor restaurant serves wonderful dishes , much better than overpriced Moon Dance down the road . The room fronting the lake can be noisy because it’s facing the main road and the traffic so choose ur room wisely , the view comes with some noise pollution at night .
Water pressure is rather bad, waiting for the heater to work can take 10 mins so be patient if you are gonna stay at Glacier .
Enjoy
GGuest UserLocation is good. Lake view. Photo number standard in the proposal is not true. I did not live in it, I lived with the view of the lake. The rooms are clean, the repair was long ago. For their stated money norms. The bed needs to be watched to be fresh, however, as in many Indian and Nepal hotels of the middle hand.
The restaurant is a special topic. It seemed delicious, it seemed clean and good until I ordered one dish with vegetables cut, it turned out they cut on the board after meat. One of them has a board. And for chicken and vegetables. A piece of freshness got into my vegetables, and... refused.
It must be said that the staff is very kind, trying. The meat plate was taken, tried to apologize and something to redo, but...
The hotel manager bought me a night bus ticket to Katmandu, planted on it.
MmartinweiThe location is close to Lake Fewa, the price is relatively cheap, the transportation is convenient, it is suitable as a transition hotel in front of the bus station. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel will not come again, except for the location is slightly better (view), the waiter is better, no advantage, the next day rebooked other hotels compared to Gap, you know!
Tucao:
1. At 6 am that day, I took the night bus to Bokala. The front desk of the hotel said that the order of Trip.com could not be seen. I held it for a long time and could not check in until 2 pm.
2. After visiting the beautiful scenery by the lake and the surrounding shops, the hotel was arranged in a very embarrassing room, which was facing inward (facing the water storage tank), and the beauty was not seen, and the mood was not beautiful for an instant.
3. The exchanged room still has no balcony. The large flat floor on the top floor can see the distant scenery and can also see the white sheets that are dried.
4. The hotel facilities are outdated, the room is opened with a key, the cabinets and beds are very old, the carpets are also, and the sockets are also. (It is not easy to plug in), the wifi network cable is not closed tightly outside the window.
5, the next morning, rushed to class, found a power outage, black clothes brushing teeth.
It was very good to see the introduction of Xiaohongshu, but it fell into the pit. . .
SSofia_PoeThe hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient.
The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in.
The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.
