"Pretty nice and clean. Okay area other than construction lots of noise around which is ok during daytime but even sounds during the night time. Workers hang around the reception/lounge area so it’s almost always people there(other than receptionist) instead of their office/workers room. Uncomfortable/unprofessional to have that space for ”hang-outs”. Do not offer water bottles free for their ridiculous room prices, cheaper outside."

"Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful."

We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserRight from the beginning, me and my wife had a very special welcoming experience from the front desk Receptionist Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Ravi . Room was clean and hygienic , both room service and house keeping staff were very cooperative. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Transportation to and from the hotel arranged by the hotel was punctual and very helpful. Will stay at this hotel during all our future visits to Rishikesh and also recommend to all my friends . Our special appreciation, thanks and blessings to Ms. Priyanka, Mr. Ravi and the entire staff at Hotel Holy Vivasa

MMimi1228Perhaps unfortunately, I caught up on a long vacation in India and came to Rishikest, a place where the Beatles once visited to cleanse my soul. The traffic jam was so heavy that I doubted my life, and the level of chaos reached the highest level. In addition, there may be a big gap between our expectations for five-star hotels and the standards here. Such hotels in China may only be slightly better than B&Bs and government guest houses. The curtains can hardly block the light. When does it get bright and when do we have to After getting up, the only pleasant thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly. Although the buffet does not contain any meat, the variety is quite diverse. Do not choose to come during vacation. Not only is the price expensive, but you will not be able to appreciate the tranquility of the Ganges River.

GGuest Userit was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor.
Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room.
value for money.
they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price.
management is professional
spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks YogVed 🙏🏼

Overall, it was a mediocre experience, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5. Could be better with improved service.
