The air conditioning panel also stays brightly lit all night. The bathroom has a skylight with no blackout shade, so the room gets bright very early in the morning. Staffing seems to be an issue; you might have to wait up to 20 minutes for the shuttle, and no one tells you this in advance – you just have to stand by the roadside and wait. The food is expensive and the taste is only average. The breakfast restaurant's hygiene is also very poor. Also, the scenic area's parking lot charges for vehicles. While the hotel can pre-register your license plate for free parking, the front desk won't inform you, so you only find out when you have to call them back from the exit.

The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!
