There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Space Wharf, Big Bay Beach and Frog Rock Marine Recreation Park all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"Overall, a great experience. The environment was beautiful, and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The outdoor balcony had a fantastic view of the sun and sand ❤️
However, one thing I found inconvenient was the lack of an elevator. This was very inconvenient for guests with luggage, or if you had been out all day and had to climb stairs to get back, which was tiring (I stayed on the top floor).
But I would still come back. It's great for people who want to rest 🥰"

"Huge thanks to the butler for their help! We checked in quite late, and they kindly waited for us until evening, delaying their off-duty time, for which I'm truly sorry. The accommodation was amazing – it had an outdoor balcony where you could see trains passing by and also the moon. Plus, the room had three glass walls, and the bathroom and toilet were outside, making it feel like camping. It was really great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip."

西西瓜世界的猪Not on Kenting Street, but very close. Very quiet, looking out from the balcony is Kenting National Forest Park, blowing wind on the balcony at night is very comfortable! The rooms are quite large, with large wardrobes, the facilities are very clean, the owner is very good, helped to contact the snorkeling, the breakfast was made by myself, praise!

GGuest UserBest accoms that we had so far!! Everything is really good, it’s right beside the sea, balcony has a nice view of the sea, bed was comfortable, shower facilities are really nice with a bathtub and good soap. They even gave drip coffee packets! Really such a steal for the price. 7-11 is right beside so you can get your supper fixes here 😋
Keep in mind their check in timing is by 2100!

GGuest UserThe owners are incredibly thoughtful and the hotel itself is beautiful. It's really close to the beach, and they even provide instant noodles, snacks, coffee, and milk tea! I hope their business flourishes! They also helped me with directions, which I really appreciate. Waking up to cute cats downstairs in the morning was such a heartwarming touch. It's a very cozy guesthouse.

郁郁卉The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the South Gate, and just a short walk to Hengchun Old Street. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. Definitely great value for money!

The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus.
However, overall my stay was not very comfortable.
Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention.
The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use.
Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags.
Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here.
I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

BBobLiangIf you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Kenting, I highly recommend 35.5. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring we had excellent sleep every night. I especially loved the minimalist design of the room; it felt very calming and uncluttered.
Even though the hotel is right by the main street, the soundproofing was surprisingly effective, completely blocking out the noise from outside. Xiaowan Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, so we could easily stroll down to the beach in the evening, dip our feet in the water, and then return to the room for a relaxing bath. It was the perfect way to melt away all our stress. A big thank you to the guesthouse owner for providing such a wonderful space, allowing us to recharge before heading home!

GGuest UserJust across the street is the beach, and the place is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with a great location near the aquarium. Breakfast was simple and nice with sandwiches.
The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late and nearby restaurants were closed, but the owner kindly helped order seafood dinner from a local restaurant for us — and it was delicious.
A truly warm and lovely place to stay.

Breakfast is mostly Chinese style. I think breakfast is very nutritious.

There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley.
Only inconvenient when it rains
The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement.
It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains.
The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding.
The air conditioner in the room is very cold
The hot water heats up quickly and the water flow is strong, making it easy to wash.
Unfortunately, the hair dryer is nailed to the wall.

TTina chang 5111The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!
