"This guesthouse is stunning and amazing at the same time. I work in the tourism field and I have never seen such an amazing and accurated caring for guests. The host and his wife are the nicest persons ever met in my life. Knowledgable in everything, excellent professional hosts who know how to make your trip an amazing and successful trip. Rooms are clean, spacious, with all the amenities a guest needs with a really good sense for the design. At the ground floor they have such a nice space for all guests where people can relax themselves by reading, drinking a good cup of local tea or coffe and simply facing the mesmerising view of the Dong Village and experiencing an indoor campfire. We had a wonderful night around the fire with some new Chinese friends and the host too. We sang all together and there was no language barrier which could stop us. We had such a wonderful moment. One of the best in my life. Breakfast is speechless. Something extremely good with lots of varieties of food. They know how to accomodate every single request. This place is a AAAAA place. Thanks for all the beautiful memories you gave us."

"The guesthouse is run by locals in their own house. They offer pick-up and drop-off service. The landlady is very welcoming. The guesthouse is not far from the main street, less than 100 meters away. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I especially love their large terrace. It's a great place to buy some late-night snacks and have a few drinks in the evening."

"The room had a nice night view, but the accommodation was a bit small and the facilities were average. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, welcoming guests both during check-in and at the station. However, the bathroom was small and inconvenient, and the room was a bit cramped. It's still very close to the scenic area, practically inside the area. Ordering takeout isn't very convenient here, but there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk."

"The guesthouse I stayed at in Zhaoxing Dong Village was such a wonderful surprise! The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the village's main scenic area. It offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the main street while still allowing me to immerse myself in the local life. Opening the window revealed traditional wooden houses with blue tiles and distant green mountains. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the smoke rising from chimneys in the evening was exactly what I imagined a Dong village to be like. The owners were incredibly welcoming; they even helped us with our luggage and recommended some amazing local restaurants, helping us avoid tourist traps – a huge plus! The room was spotless and tidy, the wooden furniture had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. There was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning was excellent. The attention to detail was evident – ​​local tea was on the table, disposable toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and even the hairdryer was high-powered. It was a truly comfortable stay. In the evening, sitting in the guesthouse's courtyard, sipping tea, and listening to the distant Dong folk songs, I felt completely relaxed. Next time I'm in Zhaoxing, I'll definitely stay here again!"
