"The owner is incredibly kind. We arrived past 11 PM, and they were still waiting for us, picked us up, and helped us with our luggage. We were so touched! The guesthouse scenery is absolutely stunning; the back window overlooks a beautiful rice field. You can even eat meals at the restaurant under a parasol by the rice fields. The guesthouse breakfast is simple, refreshing, and delicious. They also offer free coffee that you can brew yourself. The room was clean, and all the amenities, including toiletries, were well-stocked. Many guesthouses don't provide hand soap, which is inconvenient, but this place had everything, even laundry detergent for delicates. The room was also very spacious. Absolutely fantastic! 👍"

"Xiage Rice Terraces is definitely a paradise hidden in the Qiangui Plateau, allowing us to enjoy a rare sense of comfort during the congested National Day holiday. Choosing Biyin B&B next to the terraces is the best decision for this holiday. In the early morning, white clouds cover the mountains, the morning sun shines brightly, the golden ears of rice are rising in waves, the farmers are hoeing and the fields are deserted, and the chickens and dogs are chasing the sun in the fields. Walking on the paths in the fields, the fragrance of rice fills your nostrils, orchids compete with each other; frogs chirp in harmony, and birds fly back and forth. The children were chasing and playing on the Long River, nodding and greeting the visitors, passing by, taking away the hustle and bustle of the world, as if time had frozen. Under the setting sun, the fields are filled with water, and the afterglow is dyed; red and orange are intertwined, and yellow and green are new. The black ridges separate the colorful fields, like fingerprints on the earth, imprinting the thousand-year wisdom of the descendants of the Yan and Huang Dynasties among the mountains and rivers. The sunset has ended, and the stars have appeared. Guests in the B&B dine around the fire, enjoy themselves, have fun together, and gather with their neighbors. "I highly recommend this guesthouse. The room is outstanding. It has everything you need and the view is spectacular. I really love how open and airy it is. The rooms have such a lovely cottage vibe. It is a magical feeling waking up in the morning to the lush green landscape with the view of the traditional village. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly warm and helpful, that I felt so comfortable and at home here. From beginning to end, the hosts were very proactive in communicating and I appreciated how helpful they were with my every need. I am forever grateful for them. The breakfast noodles and buffet are amazing and so rich. For lunch and dinner you can walk right to the village (4 min walk) for amazing restaurants and snacks. I really appreciated the convenient pickup and drop-off service. The open lounges are great to relax in if you want to be around other guests. But the rooms are quiet if you need silence. I had amazing sleep here. This guesthouse is worth it in every aspect. I stayed for quite long and wanted to extend my stay. I am so glad I picked this guesthouse. Book this place and you won’t regret it!"

"This trip was for hiking in western Sichuan. I searched for tourist attractions along the high-speed rail line and found that Zhaoxing Dong Village near Congjiang Station is not far from the high-speed rail station. This hotel offers a 20-minute shuttle service. I booked this hotel before leaving. The hotel has a nice view, the shuttle service is very friendly, and the hotel has complete facilities. The hiking route from Zhaoxing Dong Village to Tang'an Terraces is right behind the hotel. It's close to the scenic area, which is great. I will definitely go again next time I have the chance."

"On New Year's Eve, I went to Huangdong for a relaxing and therapeutic trip alone. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing on the same floor was excellent. The landlady cleaned it herself. Because many restaurants were closed for the New Year, I ate and drank at the guesthouse owner's place that evening. The owner was very generous, treating me to good food and wine. The landlady is a local singer, and the children would come back to learn to sing in the evenings, creating a lively and festive atmosphere that healed my loneliness while traveling alone. The first day in Huangdong was very cold, which was unusual for someone from the south like me. However, I grew to love the place more and more over the next three days, hiking and exploring the villages every day, and listening to the children sing until after 10 pm."

There is also a public landscape balcony on the 4th floor where you can see an entire terraced field!) Facilities: A newly opened B&B in September, but the hardware facilities are very good! Even the air conditioner is from COLMO! Oh my God! High end! This is a heavy copy! The teapot and cups are beautiful, the water heater heats up super fast, and there’s also a bathroom heater! The showers are all four in one! Health: Very clean! Everything is new and clean, the glass is clean and the visibility is very good! Environment: Superb! You can watch the sunset in the evening and the stars at night! It’s amazing to be able to see a large stretch of terraced fields during the day! Service: The boss and the landlady are super enthusiastic! We drove here by car, and the boss parked our car for us, recommended routes to us, returned the car, picked us up and took us up and down the mountain, and even sent us to watch the sunrise (20/person). The boss was afraid that we would watch as the sun was setting on the way here. Stop and take photos of us every now and then! When leaving, Lao Wang was so moved that he hugged the boss and said he would come back next time!"

"The hotel is charming, located at the edge of the village. It's quiet enough for a good night's sleep and close to the buses for going up the hill or back down to the train station. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful (picking you up from the train station, transporting your luggage through the almost entirely pedestrian village, and providing information and advice). The room is clean and functional, as are the common areas. Bus tickets can be purchased at reception. The Wi-Fi works well. A laundry service is available. We will definitely return. Thank you again to the wonderful managers."
